Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi All,
I have my store now on Shopify for a month now and I have been running a lot of Meta Ads.
I have plenty of store online sessions and traction with a lot of people going to my store however they are not converting to purchases.
Is there anything I can do to try and get some conversions?
I am using a lot of marketing like SEO, Pintrest, Meta Ads.
Any suggestions please?

Hi,
I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages (https://www.saleso.ai/product/website-content-feedback-tool ). As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/132BfZ7Vibexmf9rZVV2dS35JSYLUFE2W/view?usp=sharing. If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ao7l6sSgjZo5pqsE2PuqNVKDWCCZCWqh/view?usp=sharing. Hope this is useful to you. If possible, do give me feedback on it.
That apart, ( please use all feedback and reports with a pinch of salt since these are opinions), I think you should figure out what you stand for. Maybe pick a Niche. In the start, the algorithms (the Meta Ad algorithm in your case) themselves are figuring out what audiences work for you - the broader your audience is (e.g. your audience probably is too broad right now), the longer it takes to figure out who to get and who will convert. Plus, if I were you, I would figure out someone who volunteers to sit with you for a website test (someone who is not a close friend and doesn't know what you do) and ask their genuine feedback - my current suspicion is that "cheapest in Australia" may not be believable or valuable in the short term (Wouldn't the largest platforms have the the variety to have cheapest as well?). To create an independent brand, you might need to stand for something else, showcase why your audience should care for what you stand for and talk about the value proposition of a few products ( as compared to many). For example, It might be easier to build a "technology based fans" brand selling the most modern fans for the summer than to build the next Amazon.
Thanks

Hello,
I hope you are doing good and welcome to the Shopify Community!
I am San from MS Web Designer
Thank you for sharing your store URL. This allowed me to go through your site.
You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.
Here are some recommendations:
Header:
1.Wishlist missing
2. Social media Icon missing
You can follow this
Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)
The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1. Add featured products on the home page with add to cart option.
2. Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.
3.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
4. Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page
5.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.
6.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.
7.Highlight the USP of your product or service.
Collection and Product Page:
- Add Product Review on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
- Add Trust Badges bellow add to cart or Buy now Button
- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
SPEED Optimization:
1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 36 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.
Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.
I hope this helped!
Please feel free to contact us for any further help that you might require.
Best regards,
San.

1. Get rid of the image slider. Research shows they don't help and can actually hurt your conversion rate.
2. I only see 1 product for sale and the website is not optimized to sell it. It looks like you're supposed to sell a lot of things.
Hi @Debyu05
I'm Garcia, a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert at PageFly Page Builder. I took a look at your store, and I must say, it has a fantastic design! It's clear you've put a lot of effort into creating a visually appealing experience.
However, there are a few areas where we can optimize for even better conversion rates. Here are some key points to consider:
1. General
1.1. Mobile Optimization
The current mobile view of your store seems to be based on a tablet layout, making the text appear small and difficult to read.
Optimizing the mobile experience with responsive design principles is crucial, as a significant portion of your customers are likely browsing and shopping on their mobile devices. This involves adjusting font sizes, image dimensions, and spacing to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience on all screen size.
1. 2. Page Speed
The product page speed currently scores a bit low (36 points) on mobile. Page speed is a critical factor for any e-commerce website, especially on mobile devices. Slow loading times can significantly impact user experience and conversion rates.
You can use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights to identify and address performance bottlenecks, leading to a faster and more responsive store.
2. Homepage
2.1: Building Trust: Consider adding sections to your homepage that build trust and credibility, such as:
You can take PageFly premade template - Smartnest Mother’s day template as reference:
2.2. Enhancing Testimonials: Instead of just displaying star ratings, consider including customer quotes, real images, and specific details about their positive experiences to make the testimonials more impactful.
An example from PageFly premade template - Smartnest Mother’s day:
To help customers better understand the benefits and features of the product, we should create clear and concise descriptions. Using bullet points, we can emphasize how the product addresses a problem or fulfills a need.
I hope this feedback is helpful! If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Cheers,
Garcia
