Hi @patrixk ,
This is Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app. Congratulations on your first order.
Regarding your store performance, you're doing a great job in implementing multiple sections. This will help a lot to bring the finest user experience to your store. However, you can still improve it to trigger more orders. If you run an ecommerce website, the average ecommerce conversion rate for orders is often said to be between 2.5% and 3%.
Drawing from my extensive knowledge in eCommerce development and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), I'd like to offer a few suggestions:
1. Make your hero banner more appealing and attractive
The hero banner is pivotal for capturing customer attention immediately. It sets the tone and establishes your brand identity. Include:
- Engaging Visuals: Use engaging images or videos that clearly depict your product's applications, especially highlighting its suitability for DIY, construction, etc.
- Prominent Call-to-Action (CTA): Position a clear CTA, like a 'Shop Now' button or a special offer, prominently within the hero banner. Ensure the CTA message is concise and not duplicated within this section and well aligned.
For example:
2. Adhere to the Design Hierarchy
Implementing a clear typographic and color hierarchy enhances readability, allowing visitors to easily locate essential information. Please pay attention to text size and formatting consistency across headings. For example:
Moreover, the color hierarchy should be implemented to make sure your brand image is delivered well to visitors. At the current store, I have noticed that you use many colors for different sections such as blue and orange.
I suggest that you should use colors that are in the same palette. My tip is you can search on Google with the query “color + pallet” to find out the best color palette for your brand. For example:
3. Increase the emotion of the copy on your store
Integrate text that resonates emotionally with visitors, answering the question, “Why should I stay here?” to potentially drive impulse purchases. For example, instead of displaying “Testimonials”, you can show “What Our Pet Parents Have To Say”.

After:
Continue your excellent work and remain patient. Hope my opinions can help you in your journey.

Your site looks quite good, but there are two things I'd recommend to improve:
1) Trust factors
2) Value
Ask yourself -- why people would want to buy from your store when they can right-click the product photo, search image with Google and buy the same at Aliexpress where they have at least some protection and know what to expect? Not even talking about prices.
so what should i do???
https://seranking.com/blog/ecommerce-trust-factors/ was the first suggestion by google for "website trust factors"
The default search landing page is a bit off, I mean it's empty. You can show products on that page as well by simply updating the default search on the website with different search solutions. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:
I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store's performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.
