Lots of traffic driven by social media, 1000s of visitors, no sales. Am I missing something obvious?

- Website Usability: Ensure your site is user-friendly, easy to navigate (for example: a sticky menu, separate categories), and mobile-responsive. Sometimes a complicated layout or poor navigation can deter potential customers.
- Product Presentation: High-quality images and detailed descriptions are crucial. Make sure your product pages clearly communicate the benefits and features of your products. Consider adding more images from different angles or images that show products with background or models so that customers can better understand how it looks.
- Trust Factors: Incorporate customer reviews, testimonials, and trust badges to build credibility.
- Checkout Process: A seamless and straightforward checkout process is key. Ensure there are no unexpected costs, like high shipping fees, that might cause cart abandonment. Besides, some buy-one-get-one apps or loyalty apps which reward customers when making a purchase will boost sale for your store.
- Target Audience Alignment: Verify that the traffic from social media is aligned with your target market. Sometimes, misalignment can lead to high bounce rates.
- Site Performance: Fast loading times are critical. A slow site can cause visitors to leave before they even see your products.

Hi @chrislongprints - Have you tried showing delivery estimates on checkout. This sort of creates a trust in buyer's mind and helps to move forward with the buy decision.
is there an easy way to do that? or an app?
An external app would be needed in order to do those delivery estimate calculation and then show it to customers for each shipping method on checkout.
