Hi @chrislongprints,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

It sounds like you're getting a good amount of traffic from social media, which is great! However, if you're not seeing any conversions, there could be a few common issues to consider:

1. Target Audience Alignment: Ensure the traffic from social media aligns with your target audience and their interests in your products.

2. Website and Product Presentation: Check if your website is professional, easy to navigate, and visually appealing. Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are clear and compelling.

3. Value Proposition and Call to Action (CTA): Make sure your unique value proposition is evident, and your CTAs are clear, inviting, and guide visitors toward making a purchase.

4. Checkout Process and Trust Signals: Simplify your checkout process and include trust signals like secure payment options, customer reviews, and trust badges to reassure potential buyers.

5. Page Load Speed and Mobile Optimization: Ensure your site loads quickly and is fully optimized for mobile devices, as slow speeds and poor mobile experiences can deter potential customers.

You might want to conduct user testing or get feedback from visitors to identify specific barriers to conversion. Analyzing user behavior through tools like Google Analytics or Heatmaps can also provide insights into potential issues on your site.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in optimizing your website's conversion rate and sales. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I wish you the best of luck with your online venture.

Best regards,

Kate | PageFly Team

Hi @chrislongprints,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Lindsey from BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals.

It can be frustrating to see high traffic without conversions. From my perspective of a Product executive, I have a few suggestions for you about your store design:
- Website Usability: Ensure your site is user-friendly, easy to navigate (for example: a sticky menu, separate categories), and mobile-responsive. Sometimes a complicated layout or poor navigation can deter potential customers.

- Product Presentation: High-quality images and detailed descriptions are crucial. Make sure your product pages clearly communicate the benefits and features of your products. Consider adding more images from different angles or images that show products with background or models so that customers can better understand how it looks.

- Trust Factors: Incorporate customer reviews, testimonials, and trust badges to build credibility.

- Checkout Process: A seamless and straightforward checkout process is key. Ensure there are no unexpected costs, like high shipping fees, that might cause cart abandonment. Besides, some buy-one-get-one apps or loyalty apps which reward customers when making a purchase will boost sale for your store.

- Target Audience Alignment: Verify that the traffic from social media is aligned with your target market. Sometimes, misalignment can lead to high bounce rates.

- Site Performance: Fast loading times are critical. A slow site can cause visitors to leave before they even see your products.

If you can share your store's URL, I'd be happy to take a closer look and provide more specific feedback. 👍👍👍

Hi @chrislongprints

Thanks for sharing your store URL. The prints are stunning!

Youve mentioned that theres a lot of traffic but no sales. Here are some tips to help identify and address the issue:

  • Check Your Store Analytics: Start by looking at the online store conversion rate report. This will help you see which step in the buying process is causing the drop-off.
  • Analyze the Conversion Funnel:
    1. Add to Cart Rate: If this rate is low, there might be issues with your store design or product presentation. Ensure your product images, descriptions, and call-to-action buttons are clear and engaging.
    2. Reached Checkout Rate: If this rate is low, customers might be hesitant due to a lack of trust. Consider adding customer reviews, trust badges to build confidence.
    3. Sessions Converted Rate: If the drop-off happens here, something might be preventing customers from completing their purchase. Common issues include high prices, unexpected shipping costs, or payment problems. Ensure your checkout process is smooth and transparent.

Use the insights from your analytics to pinpoint the exact step where customers are dropping off. This will help you focus your efforts on the most critical areas.

In addition to the previous suggestions, here are some tips for your store design:

  • Organize Product Descriptions: The product descriptions seem a bit disorganized. Clear and well-structured descriptions can significantly enhance the shopping experience. Ensure that your text matches the quality of your beautiful images. This helps in creating a cohesive and professional look.

Kate_WSQ_1-1722419884220.png

  • Improve Navigation with Dropdown Menus: Consider adding a dropdown list of your three collections when users hover over the Shop menu. This makes it easier for customers to find what theyre looking for. Also, renaming the menu to Collections or Products can make it more intuitive.

Kate_WSQ_2-1722419884222.png

  • Separate Collection and Product Pages: When users click Shop, they should see the three collections first. Clicking on a collection should then take them to the product listing page. This prevents confusion and ensures that key information is easy to reach. Always assume that users might not know to scroll down, so keep important details visible and accessible.

Kate_WSQ_4-1722419884319.png

  • Consistent Image Sizes: Use the same image size for all images on the listing page. Consistency in image sizes helps maintain a clean and organized look, making it easier for customers to browse.

Kate_WSQ_5-1722419884346.png

  • Customer Account Registration: Allowing customers to register an account can help you manage customer relationships more effectively. It also provides customers with the convenience of checking their order history and status. This feature can enhance customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Direct Communication Channel: Adding a direct communication channel, such as live chat, can significantly improve customer service. While contact forms are useful, they are not always user-friendly. Consider using the Shopify Inbox feature or an AI chatbot to provide instant responses to common questions. Pre-setting some questions and answers can make the chatbot more effective.

I hope these suggestions help you enhance your store and provide a better shopping experience for your customers. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

Hi @chrislongprints - Have you tried showing delivery estimates on checkout. This sort of creates a trust in buyer's mind and helps to move forward with the buy decision.

is there an easy way to do that? or an app?

An external app would be needed in order to do those delivery estimate calculation and then show it to customers for each shipping method on checkout.
