We are running facebook ads and just wanting to make sure our store is strong enough to get us a lot of conversion - bit more than what we have now!

We are considering changing the theme to a premium theme - which we believe would really suit our industry.

I would like feedback around user experience and how easy our store looks in persuading you to maker a buying decision.

• Mobile Speed Need to Improve, Currently 21-30

• Overall Font, Color, Spacing, Alignment need to adjust
• Add Custom search - Customize the search icon with a toggle effect so the search form slides out when user clicks on the icon. Makes your site look neat.
• Add Trust Badge and Highlight your USP
• Featured Collection - Add all the top featured products on the homepage so users know the type of products you're selling on your store.
  
• Add Featured / Bestseller products at home page - Engage your customers by letting them know the bestseller products on your store.
• Add Promotional banner on collection page - You can show images of featured, bestseller or popular products on the collection page banner.

• Product page layout needs to improve

• Do Cart Page Modification : discount code , Gift wrapping , additional cart notes , delivery date picker, i agree with terms and conditions, trust badges, etc.
• Use live chart support
• Need to do SEO

Home Page

Firstly, your menu bar could be more diversified to optimize your product page. I would suggest you add some more tabs such as: Contact us, featured collections, FAQs, or even product categories. That will make your customers get to know you better. Therefore, their buying journey is much more enjoyable.

Secondly, the search bar is a little bit hard to see. The use of only an icon, its size, and nearby competing elements impact the field’s visibility

Add Sticky Header

I would suggest you use ONE sticky header. A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. 

CTA Button

This CTA is hard to see and it should be moved down with a different outstanding color

 

Bigger thumbnails image for the featured collections. You should change the font and size of this header 

Chatbox and featured product with CTA, a bit of information about your brand can be added to your homepage as well. Customers will feel more engaged in your store

Product Page

• Use accordion for product variants is a good idea to make your product page more organized.
• Return Policy: Customers get hesitant to shop online because they are not able to fully see, hold, or test a product before buying it. Return and exchange policy should be findable on the product page. The actual return policy, in particular, the duration and the payment of return shipping, is highly impactful to site conversions. However, you should take extra care to make your policy easy-to-read and clear for customers.
• Product description: The information provided through product descriptions is an essential element for most users in the process of finding a suitable product. It should be eye-catching and attractive. Otherwise, it will make customers tired and skip the details. Consequently, that might cause troubles for your business. Subdivide Long Product Descriptions with Sections and Headings Use block text and bullet point

- On the home page after the collection list, add a section of trending, new, recently viewed products. For this, you can install the app AiTrillion and simply enable the product recommendations.

- Welcome customers with welcome popup and give discount code on sign up. This will help you to increase email subscribers. 

- You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like sign up, leaving a review, allowing for push notification, on a purchase, on birthdays. This will help you to increase customer engagement in your store. Give rewards to your customers like money off, a percentage discount, product offer, and others on redeeming the loyalty points. Add a loyalty program in your store.

- Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product. The referral program helps in increasing sales. You can give a reward for referring the product.
