Judging by the 0.82% conversion rate for your store, it's very difficult to pinpoint where are the precise areas that can be improved.
To improve the general conversion rate, you can start by investigating the cart abandonment rate, to see if there are many people who decide to not buy even after adding the items to cart.
If that is so, maybe you could improve trust issues for the site, by for example adding more reviews for the products, adding photos of yourself - to add on the personal touch etc.
Or maybe there are many visitors coming from a certain traffic source that are not even adding items to cart at all. That means the people were not the right people to begin with.
The approach would be to look at store's traffic sources to find out what are the individual conversion rate for each of your traffic sources and work out if those conversion rates are areas you could improve on. This is also because the quality of store visitors from different platforms would vary.
For example, conversion rate from Instagram visitors could be different from conversion rates of visitors from Google ads or conversions when you send out a blast to your email list.
The average store conversion rate is only an arbitrary number as a general health indicator but would not allow you to nail down to any specific issues or improvement areas from individual traffic source.
There needs to be individual strategies tailored to improve the quality of traffic from each of those traffic sources.

Great brand name, great logo, great photos, models and products.
Now the problems:
-No Add to Cart button on products while broswing.. people would have to click a product and scroll down then go back to the collection to keep shopping
-remove the color option. Its annoying to see an option for color when theres only one choice
-instead of pay with google and these funky options you should simply have a Buy Now under Add to Cart.. the other options like shop pay or google confuse people
-you have a feature that shows Vendor for the products yet you still write the name of the Vendor in all your titles..its redundant and stuffy
-product titles would look much better above the image then below the image
-you have a blue chat icon floating on every page that distracts from your website but also does not match brand colors
-lastly, while you have a nice logo, the website feels super white and doeant feel cohesive as if its missing its brand elements.. think Chicago Cubs if the only blue on the players were on their shoe lace and the rest was white.. when their main branding color is blue..
-^ the above might not be that big of an issue but your product pages also read as one huge image that takes up most of the screen and then having to scroll down and about the same amount of space full of diff things and pieces of info. Like you already havr a shipping tab but u have othrr stuff that says free shipping and this and that but it doesnt stand out.. i think at the end of thr day its just not aesthetically pleasing to see a big old imagr then just line after line of diff text and buttons and all that. It should be alot cuter and easy to check out. Maybe theres a way to make the image height smaller too .. afterall ig they want to enlarge it they can press on it.
Would love to see it after those changes are implemented.
P.s. why no reviews? Or some instagram widget showing iG posts. Gotta make people feel like theres a community of people shopping here already
