I’ve been promoting my products on different platforms and to no avail I am still getting low traffic and no sales. Another factor that I thought about was maybe it’s the page speed but on my iPhone it loads pretty fast. 1. Home page
1.1 Add a CTA button on the hero banner
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.
With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc. This really helps to increase the conversion rate for your store. You can make the heading on the banner on the hero as a clickable button.
1.2 Show store's collections
Showing Best selling products is a good thing so customers can check those products. However, I notice that your store provides a lot of collections but you don't show all. And because the menu is hidden (customers need to click the hamburger to open it) so many customers can miss other collections.
=> I highly recommend you should show all store's collections. And for each collection, you can show featured products.

1.3 Add section about your brand story
A business can stand out with their brand story. A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional.
1.4 Add testimonial - customer reviews
You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

2. Product page

2.1 Make the product price more prominent and bigger
2.2 Add more images of different angles and the human model
You should show 3-5 different angles so customers can see details of the product. You can add images of the human model taking the product so customers can approximate the information such as length, overall fit.
To approximate the information such as overall fit, how it looks on their neck your store really needs to provide images of the product being worn on a human model because if some of the customers take a lot of time to think about how the products on their bodies, they can stop buying and find other websites.
2.3 Add a customer review section
A review widget is highly recommended on a product page so other customers can see others' feedback. With a review widget, there is a button to encourage customers to leave reviews. As I mentioned above, Loox and Yotpo are good.
This is a good way to encourage customers to view more products because your store is proactively giving them more choices.

This is Spencer. If you just recently launched your store, your primary goal is to reach the following milestone:
1. Have monthly traffic of at least 2000 visitors.
2. Have a conversion rate of at least 2%.
If your store has low traffic then you need to be more aggressive with marketing. It will also help with marketing if you only focus on a specific niche instead of offering a variety of products (eg. I also noticed that Shopify's branding is showing at the bottom of your website. For a more professional look, I suggest that you remove this one. You can follow this article on how to do this:

- Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increasing the retention rate.
- Setup web push notifications in your store and it will help you in reaching your customers and visitors directly. Retarget customers with the help of web push notifications.
You should use marketing automation tools that will help in better customer engagement & automation. You must set up proper email marketing campaigns, loyalty reward programs, web push notifications, or affiliate programs to increase engagement. After review of you store, I will advise you to install some social proof apps on the store. Most of the buyers will not buy if they did not found the site authentic. For first time buyer's you have to win their trust and social proof are great way to achieve that.
Also, you have not added any push notification app pan your store.Push notifications have high conversion rate. Most of the visitors just leaves after adding product to cart without purchasing it. Push notifications are great way to remind them of their abandoned cart and nudge them to complete the purchase.
You are really missing out with this core functionality which could easily recover some lost sales for you.
There are plenty of app on appstore which are offering push notification either for free or for very reasonable price.

This one is offering abandoned cart ,back in stock and price drop notification on push and emails.
