Feedback for your online store from the community
Hey guys,
I recently launched an ads targeting women from the U.S who are looking gifts to give for their significant others on occasions such as anniversary or Christmas. Although I’ve had many add to carts, there was only 0 purchase and one initiating checkout. Wonder what I’m doing wrong here.

There could be a few reasons why you are not seeing many purchases from your ads targeting women in the U.S. who are looking for gifts for their significant others. Here are some potential reasons and suggestions for how to address them:
Your ads may not be reaching the right audience: It's possible that your ads are not being shown to the right people, or that the people who are seeing your ads are not interested in the products you are offering. To fix this, you could try using more specific targeting options in your ads, such as targeting people based on their interests or behaviors. You could also try testing different ad creative and messaging to see what resonates better with your target audience.
Your website may not be user-friendly or compelling: Another potential reason for the low conversion rate could be that your website is not user-friendly or compelling enough to convert visitors into customers. To fix this, you could try improving the overall design and user experience of your website, making sure that it is easy to navigate and that the products are presented in a clear and attractive way. You could also try adding more compelling content, such as product descriptions, customer reviews, and images or videos, to help visitors understand the value of your products and make an informed purchasing decision.
Your pricing or shipping policies may not be competitive: Another possible reason for the low conversion rate could be that your pricing or shipping policies are not competitive compared to other similar products on the market. To fix this, you could try conducting market research to understand the pricing and shipping policies of your competitors, and adjust your own policies accordingly. You could also consider offering discounts or promotions to make your products more attractive to potential customers.
Overall, there is no one-size-fits-all solution to improving your conversion rate, and it may take some trial and error to figure out what works best for your business. However, by carefully analyzing your current situation and implementing the suggestions above, you should be able to improve your conversion rate and drive more sales from your ads targeting women in the U.S. who are looking for gifts for their significant others.
Make sure you having shipping settings set up for all contingencies. If shipping is not set up for the item people can add to cart but can't check out.

Hi @Tung-Ngo,
This is Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App.
I have just taken a quick look at your website and here are some plus points:
Have a favicon for your store: This makes your store look unique and professional.
That being said, here are some suggestions for your store to attract more new users and boost the conversion rate:
1. Have a sticky header
This will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.
2. Make the section full width
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.
Great! Your banner can show exactly what you are selling. Just one minor comment here: You should make this section full-width so as to increase the visibility of the products to your customers.
3. Increase the font size of the heading
Adjusting a reasonable size for the heading makes it more readable to your visitors
4. Keep the styling consistent
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.
With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, a product page, etc.
It’s awesome when you placed a “Create your art” button in the right place. But please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.
Here is an example of a button with different styling:
5. Fulfill the content
You should recheck this part as it has a clear title but there is no content to show. This might lead to a high bounce rate
Also, customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos
And that's my feedback! Hope it helps.
Cheers!

I’d like to share a few suggestions since you mentioned that they’re many ‘add to carts’ but no purchases.
Hope this helps 🙂
