I have 251 sessions from 4/1 to 5/31 but no sales. I'm using the Canyon theme geared for health and wellness. What do I need to do to get sales? What am I missing? I'm looking at the different Buy now buttons that would go well with my theme. Some of the apps replace the Add to cart button, I want to have both options available to customers. I post my products to social media. https://fromtheearthorganics.myshopify.com/
Thank you for your help.

Hey @FromtheEarth
I took a look at your site, From the Earth Organics, and I can see you're doing a lot right with social media posts and using the Canyon theme for health and wellness. But I understand that despite having 251 sessions, you're struggling to convert visitors into sales. Let's break down a few things that could help improve conversions:
Right off the bat, your homepage doesn’t immediately tell customers why they should buy from you. Make sure you highlight the benefits of your products, such as their organic nature, health benefits, and eco-friendliness. You need to clearly communicate your unique selling points.
Add trust signals like customer reviews, testimonials, secure checkout badges, or guarantees. People are more likely to purchase when they feel confident and trust the brand.
Product descriptions could be more detailed. Right now, they’re brief. Explain the ingredients, usage, health benefits, and why they are superior to alternatives. Show how the product solves a problem or improves their well-being.
High-quality lifestyle images that show your products in use can help build emotional connections with your customers. For instance, show someone enjoying your products in a health-focused setting.
You’re on the right track considering Buy Now buttons. Offering both “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” options allows customers to choose their preferred way of purchasing. It’s a smart move for convenience.
Just make sure the buttons are clearly visible and actionable. If you can, make them larger, so they’re not missed, and ensure they’re in a color that stands out but still aligns with your theme.
The checkout process should be as simple as possible. Customers may drop off if the checkout is too complicated. Offer guest checkout for first-time customers, and keep the process streamlined.
Use cart reminders or exit popups to encourage customers to complete their purchase if they leave without buying.
Since many customers shop on mobile, ensure that the mobile version of your site is smooth and easy to navigate. Check that the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons are easy to click on smaller screens.
Consider offering a discount for first-time buyers, or free shipping on orders over a certain amount. These little incentives can push hesitant buyers to complete their purchase.
Run retargeting ads to bring back visitors who clicked but didn’t buy.
Set up abandoned cart emails for visitors who add products to their cart but don’t complete the purchase.
Post more user-generated content or photos of customers using your products. Engage with your audience by responding to comments or even running polls or giveaways on social media to drive traffic to your store.
While your social media activity is great for driving traffic, make sure your product pages are optimized for search engines as well. Use relevant keywords in your product titles, descriptions, and image alt texts. It’ll help improve your visibility on search engines like Google.
Apps like iCart can help you by creating a smooth cart and upsell experience. This can drive sales by offering products the customer might like before checkout.

Hi there @FromtheEarth I suggest you include sections for best sellers and latest arrivals on the homepage.
Adding well thought out bundles and discounts on the homepage would also do wonders for your store.
@FromtheEarth
Hey,
This is going to be an honest feedback coming from someone with years in ecommerce and product marketing.
Your theme is great. Love the adaptation to make the theme look different with those font styles and colors.
- Your hero banner is awful. Blurry images. I would suggest put a very very nice hero banner with a heading that really summarizes your brand's goal.
- Your products don't look professional at all. Don't hire a pro photographer but there are so many apps that can elevate your products and use GenAI to convert them into professional photos. Try if something works for you (try the trial versions maybe).
- The pinterest pin is also in the wrong spot.
So whats the solution to all this?
I would suggest to ask ChatGPT as: "I want my landing page to be less salesy and more inspiring, each section building onto the previous one and telling my brand story so I can impress the visitors" or something like this. Add 2-3 sections that really define what you do (and pls use relevant images... )
I would suggest use Canva. There are excellent Canva templates already made for Shopify here. Use something from here: https://canvify.app/templates
Create a smart tool on your landing page that takes the user's preference like they want to reduce stress etc. That questionnaire recommends them products. Its very easy to create. Read this blog to find out how you can create your own widget under 10 mins
1. improve the images on your site. (align them, consistent colors, angles, etc)
2. run ads to get more visitors but make sure there are very targeted (251 sessions is not much so get more and improve your site at the same time)
Hello @FromtheEarth
I checked out your store — it’s great that you’re getting traffic. Here are a few things you can improve to help with conversions:
Image Quality - Some product images could be sharper and more professional. Clear visuals build trust.
Remove "Pin It" on Hover - The Pinterest button on images is distracting and takes users off-site. Best to remove it unless you’re actively using Pinterest for marketing.
Shorten Product Titles - A few titles are too long. Try keeping them short and clear for better readability, especially on mobile.
Improve Add to Cart Visibility - Right now, the Add to Cart button is too low — I had to scroll even on desktop to find it. Try placing it higher and moving the product description below it so users see the button right away. Shortening the names would help here too.
Fix Placeholder Text - “Your collection’s name” shows up on the collections page — this looks like leftover template text. Update or remove it.
Add Product Reviews - I didn’t see any reviews on the product pages. Adding reviews can build trust and help new visitors feel more confident about buying.
Blog is a Great Start - Your blog adds value — just make sure you link products within posts to drive more traffic to your listings.
Add More Conversion Boosters - You’ve added trust badges (nice!), but tools like countdown timers, low stock alerts, or sold counters can help create urgency and boost sales.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you’d like help with any of these. Please feel free to DM me, if you want to brainstorm more.

Let’s talk about the silent killer of your sales:
🛑Only ~3% of your traffic converts. That means 97% leave without buying.
Most of us focus on ads, influencers, or discounts — but ignore the actual customer experience on our store. Here are some things that drive people away (and you might not even notice):
The good news? These are fixable.
There’s a tool called Scancx that scans your store like a mystery shopper and shows what might be pushing your visitors away. It’ll help you catch things you totally missed.
🎯Fix the trust issues → boost conversions.
If you’re wondering why sales aren’t matching your traffic, maybe it’s time to scan before you spend more on ads.
