Hi, I've been at this for 3-4 months now and no success so far, I even hired a person and even he can't help.
I've done everything I can to fix this, added everything in the footer and much more.

Hi! website is : worldtopiashop.com the shipping policy page must be edited but other than that I have no clue at all.
Google sends bots but I don't know what the problem is.

I agree that the shipping policy page could use some refining. With the information that's currently listed, customers will expect to receive their order in a maximum of 9 business days (the maximum 3 business days handling time + the maximum 6 business days transit time). If your products are being shipped by the manufacturer or supplier, I recommend speaking with them to confirm that they can guarantee this delivery time frame. Otherwise, make sure that you're displaying accurate delivery times so that you don't have to handle any unnecessary inquiries from customers thinking their order is late. The About Us page could be reworked too, and I recommend following this guide: 21 About Us Pages That Convert—Examples and Templates (2023). Keep in mind that customers don't often think of terms like "ecommerce" when they're shopping—they're looking more for products that solve their problems, and they want to know why they should buy from your store. Professionalism and dependability are expected, so you don't need to tell them that you are professional and dependable. Instead, tell them about your business, why you started it, and how it will serve them. The guide I've linked above includes a bunch of examples so you can get some ideas on how to write your own.
Your biggest opportunity right now is organizing products into collections so that it's easy for customers to find what they're looking for. This can be done under the Products > Collections section of the admin, by manually organizing products into collections, or by creating automated collections that pull products in for you based on conditions like key words or titles.
I'm not sure what you mean by Google sending bots. Did you see any specific error messages regarding your store?

Hi Sophia, I made all the fixes and someone told me to reupload all products and then contact google afterwards but how do I contact google directly not automated response?
I recommend looking at the Google Merchant Center Help page. If your questions aren't answered there, you can click the Contact us link near the bottom of the page to find the contact options.
