Mobile version edit on Brooklyn theme

Hi, I just finished building my website on the brooklyn theme. However as I suspected the mobile version does not look quite right. Would anyone be able to help me go through some modifications i need to make to get a nice and responsive mobile version (without having to modify the desktop version)? Thanks
