Hi @hoponwithshifa,

Kate here from the PageFly Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

Congratulations on your new store! Based on my expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), I'd like to propose several strategies to boost your conversion rates and increase customer traffic. Important areas to focus on are:

Homepage

1. The banner

The banner content is currently hard to see due to its color and position. It's located in the corner of the page, and the live chat button might be covering it.

In this case, you can enhance visibility by changing the button's color to make it more prominent and moving the content to a different position.

2.  Add heading for the collection list section

For a multi-niche store with a collection list, it's important to use a heading that captures the diversity of the products you offer while being clear and enticing. Here are a few heading options you could consider for this section:

  • "Explore Our Collections": This is a simple and straightforward heading that invites customers to browse through different collections.
  • "Shop by Category": This heading clearly directs customers to find products based on specific categories or niches.

3. Highlight the sale badge

By making Sale badges more prominent, customers are more likely to notice and focus on discounted or special offer items. This can increase the perceived value of these deals and encourage more purchases, as customers often look for and are motivated by discounts.

4. Newsletter section

Make sure to provide benefits that create a mutually beneficial experience for the customer. Highlight appealing offers, such as "up to 20% off," to encourage newsletter subscriptions.

5. Trust Signals

Adding customer reviews, security badges, and trust signals could help build credibility and reduce abandonment rates.

I hope that Improving these areas could potentially help in reducing the number of abandoned carts and increasing sales.

Good luck,

Hi @Hoponwithshifa,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Your store has quite enough essential information. If you have a trouble with improving sales and reducing cart abandonment, here are some of my recommendations to improve customer experience, please kindly check.

1. Add a second image on hover

The image can be a different angle, a close-up of details or showing the model wearing it. These can give visitors a more comprehensive view of the product without cluttering the initial product listing. It may not affect the abandoned carts directly, but this approach can drive some more conversions for your store.

Let’s take a look at this example

2. Add more product information

I can see that you have listed quite a lot how your products are beneficial to users. However, I suggest adding more detailed information about the ingredients of the products as well.

Therefore, customers can make more informed choices based on their preferences. This reduces uncertainty and increases the likelihood of purchase

3. Enhance your filter search

A more intuitive filter search makes it easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for, reducing frustration. When customers can easily find products that match their specific criteria, they're more likely to make a purchase

Besides availability and pricing, you can consider adding some other elements, such as colors, size, materials, style, etc.

Take a look at this example:

4. Use delivery date instead of estimated delivery

Offering a firm delivery date can set you apart from competitors who only provide estimates, potentially influencing purchasing decisions.

Also, customers can plan around a definite date, which is especially important for time-sensitive purchases like gifts or event-related items.

This will have a direct impact on reducing your cart abandonment rate too!

As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store.

Hey! Looking at The website it has a very basic design that lacks the polish needed to stand out. It feels like a typical dropshipping site, with generic products and minimal branding. The product range seems unfocused, which can make it hard to build a strong brand identity or loyal customer base. To improve, consider selling unique, high-quality products that align with a specific niche or passion. This would help differentiate your store from countless other dropshipping sites and attract a more dedicated audience

Hi @hoponwithshifa,

I’ve reviewed your store and I can see some great strengths already in place. You have a clean, modern look, and your product segmentation is well-organized. Besides, from the perspective of a product executive, here are my suggestions that can help you reduce cart abandonment:

1. Offer additional payment methods and enable guest checkout
Limiting payment options to just Shop Pay may be restricting potential customers. Introduce more popular payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. These give customers the flexibility they need and reduce barriers during checkout.

Additionally, ensure the guest checkout option is available. Forcing customers to create an account is one of the top reasons for cart abandonment. Let them complete their purchase as a guest, which speeds up the checkout process and makes the experience hassle-free.

2. Optimize exit-intent popups
Your offer below is quite attractive for customers but the popup should not interrupt users as they browse your store. Use an exit-intent popup to trigger an offer when customers are about to leave the site. Ensure that they have had enough time to explore your product range and understand its value.

3. Enhance sale badges visibility
Currently, the sale badge is easy to overlook. Consider changing the background or text color to red, which is associated with urgency and grabs attention. A more visible badge will help draw customers’ eyes to discounted products, increasing the chances of conversion.

4. Implement cart abandonment emails with visual reminders
Ensure that you have cart abandonment emails set up to automatically remind customers about the products they left behind. These emails should go out within an hour or two after abandonment and include product images of the items in the cart to visually remind the customer. A clear call-to-action that invites them back to complete the purchase should be included.

You can also consider offering a small incentive in the email (such as free shipping) to encourage conversion.

5. Strengthen store branding
Your store offers a wide range of products, from baby items to pet products, which can make it difficult for customers to connect with your brand identity. It's important to define and highlight your unique selling proposition (USP).

Narrow your focus to a specific niche or category that you want to be known for, whether it’s product quality, affordability, or eco-friendliness. Update your hero banner on the homepage to clearly convey your brand's USP.

For instance, if you want to emphasize product quality, use phrases like "crafted for lasting durability" or "quality products for every home." This message should be bold and immediately catch the eye.

Good luck with your store, and I’m sure these changes will help improve your conversion rates!

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback.

I do not have mandatory account creation enabled. Do you see that?

hoponwithshifa_0-1725486765359.png

Also I have other payment methods too including paypal, apple pay.

Then I think one reason your customers might be abandoning their carts is that the 'More payment options' button isn’t very noticeable, so customers might think the only way to pay is through Shop Pay.

To confirm this, you could install heatmaps and session recordings for your website. Microsoft Clarity is a good option since it’s free.

If this turns out to be the issue, you could consider changing the 'Buy with Shop Pay' button to a more general 'Buy Now' button. And when customers click it, they’ll be taken to a checkout page where they can choose their preferred payment method.
