Could you tell me a little bit more about why you believe it was banned - more specifically, what are you seeing when you are trying to login? Or is it that you received an email from us regarding your account?
If the issue comes from you having issues logging in, we should first double check that this isn't a browser cache issue. Could you please clear your cache and cookies following these steps here on your Google Chrome browser, then try to login again?
If it is still failing after that, you may need to get this checked with our team by contacting our live support here. You will need to go through that link because we are currently unable to access your account information from the Shopify Community, but there you will be able to have this investigated further.
If you did receive an email however, you will need to reply directly to that email in order to see what the next steps are. There might be a wait before they get back to you, so in the meantime you can take a look at this FAQ page which gives some of the possible reasons as to why you might not be able to access the account.
