My customers are facing 404 error when they checkout or click buy now button

Hello, Abeer here.

I run an e-commerce website. My customers are facing 404 error when they checkout or got to 'buy now', it's bouncing my customers back. I have created another store just because of this error but i still think that the issue has not been resolved, mentioning i haven't messed up any coding although i am not a coding guy. My store is in scss format i don't know if that's the issue. Please me. Thanks.
