My Facebook Shop was not approved - it has been 4 weeks

It has been more than 4 weeks and my Facebook shop has not been approved by Facebook. It says that there are no issues with my store, but still, I'm stuck.

As I understand, my Shopify store will require an escalation. I'm not sure what to do. My Shopify store is azuradora.com.
