Are you able to login on other devices, or are they all giving you issues? Also, when you try to login on your laptop, are you getting some kind of error message, and if so, what does it say?
In cases like this, I would suggest you first try some local troubleshooting:
Try to clear your Google Chrome cache and cookies following these steps here. This can often resolve login issues.
Try to reset your internet, sometimes network issues can lead to failed logins or other issues.
If you haven't already, please try login on another device such as mobile to see if the issue is specific to your laptop.
Finally, if none of the above works, please also check your emails to see if there is any communication from us there regarding your account or any outstanding issues, that may be an indicator as to why you cannot login.
