My second store has been blocked again like they did the old on

My store just got deactivated again for the second time, first they blocked the first store after I wasted a lot of money on traffic with unfulfilled orders, now they deactivated my new store after paying my store bills yesterday. Shopify is a Scam if not this won’t be happening
