Hello @KevinFeldmanThis is AiTrillion- an All-in-one Marketing Platform on Shopify. I would love to share my thoughts for your store based on 9 years of experience with Shopify for over 1000's active Shopify merchants and hope that my sharing will help you improve your store performance:

- Add a favicon.

- You can also add an engaging video of the product to engage the customers.

- Give product recommendations on the product page. This will help you with upselling.

- For getting more conversions and sales you can target your customers by sending automated emails that help to improve the relevancy and timeliness of your campaigns. You can use triggers and workflows to automatically send messages to consumers after they take a specific action. For some reason unknown to you, they leave without making a purchase but with email automation, you can make sure that this user receives an email shortly after they abandoned their cart, reminding them of what they left behind and asking if they need help completing their purchase. In this case, email marketing automation turns a missed opportunity into an opportunity to build a stronger relationship and make a sale.

Add web push notifications. Web Push Notifications are clickable rich content messages sent to the customer’s device by a website or a web app. It can be delivered to your customer’s device, mobile or desktop, even when he is not on your website. It can be used in retargeting with push notifications including browse abandonment, retargeting users abandoning the shopping cart, activating dormant users with offers, retaining users with personalized content and more.

To add the above marketing engagement tools to optimize the conversions of your store there are many apps available in the Shopify app store. Instead of installing multiple apps, you can install the all-in-one Shopify app AiTrillion and get all the benefits of marketing features in a single app to drive conversions.

Hope this helps!

Hi @KevinFeldman,

I’m Richard Nguyen - CRO Expert at PageFly- Free Landing Page Builder. With over 5 year experience in providing solutions for over 100,000 stores to help merchants increase their conversion rates, I’d like to provide you with some feedback with the hope they would be helpful to you

You can refer to this article to get more tips to personalize your e-commerce store. Or this guide to know how to optimize conversion rate for your store.

I just take a look at your home page. The good point is that you use high-quality images overall the site looks clean and slight. But it seems that the homepage also looks simple and less information so that it doesn't engage visitors to take action. I have some comments on it. I hope this will be helpful for you.

1. Hero banner

Hero banner is the first thing that visitors will see when they visit your site. This is a simple and straightforward way to instantly captivate visitors. Because of the importance of hero banner, you should leverage it by showing your product so that visitor can easily know which product you are providing.

Or you can feature a best-seller product or the latest item (Vibedd Massager V3) on the hero banner as the B&H Photo did:

2. Product section

Vibedd 2021-09-09 19-05-26.png

Firstly, you should add more product images so that visitors can see the product in many angles. It would be great if having product images with a model wearing it.

It can’t be denied that customers easily have an overview of products when shopping in physical stores, therefore, when they do shopping online, we need to make them feel the same. This is the reason why providing images from different angles and in-scales is very important. Because if your store doesn’t show off enough images for customers to illustrate, they will be hesitant to take action.

Secondly, you can make this product more impressive by adding "latest model" text as a badge and put in on the main product image.

Finally, consider adding hover effect to buttons.

3. Add product reviews/ testimonials

People love proof, especially when they visit a store and see many good reviews, they will be willing to shop! So you should add testimonial/product reviews on your store. You can check this guide to know more about its benefits and how to make it effective.

You can consult Stellar template here about displaying testimonials:

About product reviews, you can find lots of review apps on Shopify such as, Loox, They all work well with PageFly.

4. Display social media

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. By displaying social media such as Instagram (or Facebook, Twitter) and constantly updating the feed.

It is good idea if you have images of your customers using your product and post it on Instagram feed.

5. Favicon icon

You should add favicon to your store. Having a favicon for your store will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it. You can check this article to know how to add it

A Shopify page builder app will be a powerful tool to help you customize your pages to the fullest. You can consider using PageFly- Advanced Builder App, FREE plan is available with full functions and features, and our Live Chat Support 24/7 is always here at your disposal.

Above is my recommendation for your store. If you find it helpful, please tell me know by giving it a like or marking it as a solution. Thank you!

Hi, @KevinFeldman

I saw your store. it's looking good but not attractive. There are few mistakes on the HOME page.

When I Open your Store. I saw 3 hero Images in your Store. All these images do not give the right message to the customers.

In the First Image:

1. I only saw the first image and I thought your Store is related to swimming Products.

But when I read the text on the image then I know what type of product you are selling.

Hero Image 1 With wrong Text.jpg

2. In this image, nothing is informative except the text. You Have to use Your Latest Product Image here with the Model (use a female Model).

3. Write the Text on the Image related to Better Sleep and Healthy eyes. (and other eyes benifits)

4. I suggest you, use the one female Model that using your product on the bed. (Because the female Model is attractive.)

5. I highlighted the text in the Image Above WorldWide Free Shipping Your free shipping offer is not pinning to the customer's eyes.

You Have to Use a highlight color or an Animated banner.

wrong offer in products page.png

In the Second Image:

You are giving the 10% off offer to the Products Page.

If you have any offer related to your product You have to show that offer in the home page/ Hero Image. It helps to Increase sales.

Wrong Massager Description.jpg

In the Third image:

7. Your text is correct here but the image you are using here is not informative.

You are written in the text about messenger but In the images, there is no massager.

In the fourth image

8. Your Chat with us is not Good. it looks very Ugly. the text is hidden behind it. You have to change its location.

9. Add a Fevicon.

10. Add Large CTA button on your site.

I hope it helps to make your store better

4 Reasons why a Shopify store could be getting traffic but no sales.

1.Generic product description: A Shopify store maybe getting traffic but no sales because product description aren't compelling. If the description are generic, they won't excite customers. So, they leave within minutes after visiting a Shopify store.

2. Poor Design and UX: Customer experience browsing your Shopify store defines if they decide to buy. For example, too much focus on technical features leads to a risk of low or no sales on Shopify because it might make navigation difficult.

3. Complex Navigation: If you're getting traffic but no sales, your store might have complex Navigation. It prevents visitors from converting by confusing and overwhelming them.

4. Wrong marketing strategy: Many Shopify store owner don't know the right marketing strategy to use to get sales on their store. There are 3 marketing strategy for Shopify store to get sales and it step by step but some Don't know the first step the last step.i

Hello @KevinFeldman

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Add a nice Logo which gives Identity and separates from the competition.

Add a favicon which helps to find you when customer has multiple tabs in the browser.

Make a Sticky header for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.

Include Blog page,  blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with other visitors.

Hello @KevinFeldman

Hope you are doing well.

I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?

Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.

Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales. So, before you spend on targeting, a good idea is to have a simple Google Trends search, that will tell you who is looking for the products you search, what is their age, gender and location. Then you can put forward some really targeted ads that are bound to generate clicks.

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

  • Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.

You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.

  • A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.

  • People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.

  • Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.

Rule of thumb - never post unprocessed images on your website. In case you are looking to make your images sharp and professional, contact CutOutWiz for any image-related solutions.

Especially for this kind of product, it is a good idea to have multiple images of the product, from multiple angles, so that the customer can have a feel of what they are buying. If you are looking for an image processing company that will solve all your needs, you can check out CutOutWiz.

  • Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.

  • Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

  • You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.

  • I see that your store doesn’t have a Favicon. Having a favicon on your website is crucial. It makes your site recognizable on browser tabs, but it too gives a professional look to your website.

Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!
