Feedback for your online store from the community
Good afternoon Shopify community,
my name is DLDigital and I am using Shopify to sell affordable electronic devices to consumers who aren't financially able to buy high-end electronics. I created my store in May of 2021, and have been live ever since. I have been doing everything manually as far as advertising on social media, emails, and other places on the web but I'm still not getting the website traffic and sales I'm looking for.
Search engines like Google and Bing as well as FaceBook flag my website for misrepresentation. I do not wish to misguide potential customers, I am trying to be as honest as I can but I still don't know why my website is being flagged?
I tried editing each of my products description so they would read better to customers but that didn't fix anything. If anyone can find any problems that I'm not seeing, I would really appreciate it.

@DLDigital there are many social media ads you can run for your store like snapchat ads, tiktok ads, pinterest ads and more. But i will like to talk about the pinterest, it is another way of getting sales after fb ads, have been able to get most of my sales through pinterest ads

I was thinking about advertising on Pinterest. it would be an interesting avenue to explore once I figure out my issue
Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.
Add a Favicon. It helps to find your store when customer had multiple tabs in their browser.
Header section is Huge. Organize it with minimizing empty space on it.
Add shop Now(CTA) on the hero banner. On hero banner the customers should be able to click to navigate to the collection page.
Consider testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.
Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.
Make social links open on new tab.
Add Email Subscription field at footer section.
You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store which helps to increase your sales.
There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.
There is no customer review option on the products. Install Product review app from the Shopify app store, so that customer can write a review when they purchase any product from your store.

Thank you so much for this information, I will edit the website so it's easier to navigate and read for the customer. I have some concerns though;
Like, how do I get the reviews or testimonials to build customer trust? Should I contact previous customers?
You have an amazing and eyes catching store why you need to do Pinterest ads as soon as possible which are stated below
Drive traffic (and lots of it)
Engage with users
Promote evergreen content.
And hope you know we are also moving towards holiday period in which people we need to get themselves new gadgets .
