the videos i posted on tik tok get over 100views some only get 3 likes but i did promote one of the videos and it got over 1000views and over 100 likes but still not getting traffic to my store. ive been doing this for weeks and think is it worth it i dont have a ton of cash to spend on promotion etc on this store

ive followed all the guides on shopify what apps i need etc

Hey @Sophielx09.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have provided us with your online store URL for us to explore!

Looking into your store, I noticed you are using the announcement bar to inform your customer of an ongoing discount for their first order. That is a great way to get your visitors browsing through the available collections/products. What do you think about including a free shipping offer for orders that exceed a specific amount? You could include this in the announcement bar to create more of a buyer incentive.

I did notice that you do have beautiful products available! You could potentially use a slideshow section as the first section on the homepage to make it more engaging and interactive. This can also allow you to showcase your products to your visitors as soon as they arrive. For example, you could include your favorite product or best seller in the slides.

When taking a look at your store, I also noticed that you do not currently have a Favicon set for your website. A Favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several Favicons! Typically, Favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a Favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website.

Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it's good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes.

Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.

hey! congrats on building the store, you're doing everything right

you only need this one thing

most people have short attention spans and they're looking for 1 answer "how will this product make my life better?"

I suggest picking 2-3 products you think have best seller potential

create tiktoks around those products and then send them some traffic

btw... I think this one https://www.sunsetcoastshop.com/products/flower-print-knotted-short-sleeve-t-shirt this one https://www.sunsetcoastshop.com/products/printed-asymmetric-one-shoulder-maxi-dress and this one https://www.sunsetcoastshop.com/products/polka-dot-mesh-maxi-dress are winners

you could also try sending some Facebook traffic here's a quick and dirty 4 line ad you can try

grab 'em before they're gone 💸

these designs are flying off the shelves 👛

like hot, sweet and delicious cakes 🍰

imported, express delivery 🛬

CTA: grab 'em before they're gone 💸

Button Text: Shop Now

for Audience put in an age range, engaged shoppers and iPhone users and run for conversion objective

keep up the great work!

Hello @Sophielx09,

This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.

1. Add sections like 'Featured Collection' and 'Hot Sellers' to help keep customers updated on new products and give exposure to new collections.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
3. Create a Facebook account for your store. Having a Facebook Store is a great way to grow your business, allowing you to tap into new audiences and gain more customers.
4. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
5. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
6. Crafting an ideal SEO product title and URL can aid search engines in comprehending the nature of your merchandise and boost traffic to your website. Therefore, it's advisable to maintain a unique and specific product title and URL.

7. Add detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

8. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
9. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
10. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello @Sophielx09,

For a comprehensive understanding of your sales performance, it is recommended to use either Hotjar or Smartlook as effective website visitor tracking tools. Also, you can analyse Google Analytics data and Search Console reports to get valuable information about the status of your website and deeply understand customers' behavior.

I think you should improve the product page - optimize your images and add reviews.

Also, I have found some issues when switching between categories on your website. You need to investigate and fix them.

Best regards,
Anastasia
