In September I unfortunately missed a payment for my store. I figured out a way to pay now but the store is frozen and I can't log in anywhere. Please help me make my payment so I can resume business.
Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.

If the link keeps redirecting to the home page, try opening the link in Chrome Incognito mode.
There's currently a known issue on our end, where merchants might be encountering issues when attempting to login to frozen stores. Our developers are aware of this issue and are working on resolving it on our end. You can keep an eye out on our Shopify Status page here for any future updates or resolutions to the issue.
Once the issue has been resolved, you can log in to your store as the store owner, and successfully pay the outstanding balance on your account. If you have multiple outstanding bills, you'll be prompted to pay each invoice completely to reactivate your store. You can find more information on how to reactivate your frozen account here.
