My website keeps saying I've "redirected too many times"

I'm not too sure if its this link or what link

I go to my DNS but to get rid of the IP address it is telling me to I can't because it says it can't be edited or deleted

Also when it does show up, it's showing big X's and magnifying glasses and not showing my website at all.

I'm Kate from PageFly team. I'm not sure if it works for your store or not but I think you can:

• Try to clear the browser cache and try to access the site through the custom domain again
• Or remove the domain from your Shopify admin fully and then add it again. Here is the way to connect your domain to your Shopify:  https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains
