ORDERED 11-25-24 GUAR.10 TO 12 DAYS SHIPPING XMAS PRESENTS THEY KEPT TELLING ME IN EMAILS ITS ON THE WAY ITS On THE WAY.WELL FINALLY A ANSWER 12-20-24 5 DAYS TILLXmas U WILL HAVE THEM THEY SAID ...WELL ITS MARCH 3,25 STILL NOTHING!!I WOULD LIKE MY 110.00 BACK I JUST CANT FIND THEM NOMORE EMAIL IS INVAILD DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REACH THESE PEOPLE..THANK U IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION IT'S GREATLY APPRECIATED..♥️
Sorry to hear you had this experience with Mythos. Since the email isn't valid and you can't reach them, try reaching out to tiktok support if you bought directly through tiktok shop. You can also dispute the charge through your bank or PayPal as "Item Not Received." Check if Mythos has any other contact details on their TikTok page, social media, or website. If all else fails, you can try filing a complaint with your local consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
