We went on Shopify in October of 2023. We have had a website since 2009 (the year we established our business) on other platforms. 

  • Presently we offer over 80K items for purchase in multiple outdoor categories. FIshing, Hunting, Camping, Home & Backyard, Food, Outdoor Cooking, Field Sports, Fitness, and a few others
  • We have a social media presence - FB 24K - IG-3K
  • We advertise on Google
  • Our business is somewhat seasonal. During season we receive 10K visitors monthly. In the off season between 5K-10K. 
  • Our conversion rate is 1-2% - We are looking for ways to increase this. 
  • Traffic is growing quarter of quarter if we maintain advertising budget.

We are looking for suggestions and feedback on appeal of the website. Thoughts on improving traffic and conversion stats. And any other feedback you would like to offer. Thanks in advance for taking the time to take a peak.

Seems like a small thing, but I would use higher resolution images. Some of the images on your website look blurry which makes it feel less professional = lower trust from site visitors.

Currently, your FAQ page is quite simple, The "FAQ" image appears too large, making the aesthetics feel overwhelming. 

You might consider adding a search bar so customers can easily find the answers they need, as well as a contact form at the bottom for immediate inquiries.

- You add some videos to the product gallery to make the products appear even more apoealing
