I do hope you can take criticism 🙂  

You did a lot of work on the home and product page, but besides that, I would almost say that your store looks like a fake/scam store. Here is why:

  • You have only two products and conveniently it is a Black Friday deal for 50% but if I do a quick search on Aliexpress that humidifier is like $30 so both of your original price is $180, and a discount of $90 looks a bit too much but I may be wrong.
  • There is no contact info except an email, no address, phone, business details
  • About us page looks like a quick ChatGTP text but that happens

But your homepage looks ok, and the product page is very good. Maybe some real reviews would be good to have. But in general, there are a few small issues you could fix:

  • You have a typo on your "Humidifier"  product as it says  "humidifer "
  • The menu you should change, a home link is not needed, and you have a logo to lead to the home, most customers would know that. You have Contact in the main and in About us dropdown. And as you have just two items in Product it would be faster for customers to see both Humidifier and Purifier in the top menu.
  • On the homepage, on two products you have options to choose variants but the radio button is too close to the previous option

You are in a tough market but I wish you luck and good sales.

  3. About Our Creations Section: I noticed that the CTA button in this section doesn’t link to anything. When users click on it and nothing happens, they might become confused or frustrated, which could lead to them leaving the site. I suggest linking this button to your About Us page to provide more insight into your brand and values, which can help build trust with your customers.

  4. Additional Pages and Communication: Consider adding a FAQ page to address common questions and concerns from customers. This can improve their shopping experience and reduce bounce rates. Additionally, incorporating a communication widget (like a live chat or customer support button) will give users a quick and easy way to contact you, improving overall engagement and customer service.

hi @Rufflerumbs  I’ve had a look at your store and I would recommend creating a category for the best selling products in your store. This would help drive the attention of customers to certain products.

Also, due to the nature of your products I believe that adding a few short videos or GIFs atleast would help to make the products more appealing for potential customers.

  • Improve hero section on top of the page

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website so you need to get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.

It’s great when you have a hero section with an on-point banner to show here. But please recheck the quality of the banner as it seems a little bit blurred.

Alongside the visual elements, a hero section typically includes concise and impactful messaging. This can be a headline, a tagline, or a call to action that communicates the core value proposition, piques curiosity, or encourages visitors to take action.

For that reason, you should add more content to convey a meaningful message from your brand/product to the banner.

 

  • Make sure the styling is consistent

A crucial element for an online store's homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.

It’s great when you put the CTA button right where it should be. But please make sure that all CTA buttons on your page have a consistent styling to boost the conversion rate.

  • Use swatches

Product color or material swatches enhance conversion rate by reducing the number of clicks for customers to find the product they want. The shorter and easier a customer's path to the desired product is, the more likely they will make a purchase.

Another minor thing to consider is that you should align all elements of the product details on the same row to make your store look more professional.

 

  • Add more sections
    • Benefit section: This section gives your customers a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.This helps reduce the bounce rate and increase the likelihood of purchase.

  • Instagram feed: Your Instagram content adds a fresh feel to your website by showing you’re active online and interacting with your customers.
