Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello Everyone,
I've recently created a new store and I'm currently building awareness on social media, ex Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter. I was able to run ads through facebook and was able to get over 300 likes in under 3 days! I would like to get some feedback about the store and If the layout seems okay or if anything should change? Go ahead and take a look at our inventory and see if there is anything you like or don't like about the store functionality. These would be very helpful for the success of my new store and hopefully boost sales, because this is what is lacking at the moment. I've implemented Klaviyo myself, and is fully working and some other useful tools. I don't have any cart abandonment or anyone adding anything to the cart either, not sure what the issues are. Go ahead and leave a message or comment about this. Please do not solicit your professional paid services, I am only looking for suggestions, not paid solutions.

Hi @tommyz23 ,
This is Victor from PageFly - Landing Page Builder, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
HOME PAGE
1> Make sure all the titles stay in the same line.
Currently, the product title of the second product is way too low compared to the other products. I suggest you change the image dimensions or apply a min-height code to your image so that all the gaps between the product images and product titles are the same.
2> Add more Add to cart buttons
The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.
3> Display both regular price and discount price:
It's preferable to provide both the regular and discount prices so that the audience can see the true number dropdown and decide to buy the product:
4> Make your CTA buttons more attractive
All the Call to action buttons need to add hover state to make user feel these buttons are active and clickable
For example, when the mouse hovers over the button will change to color, zoom out,.... In this case, your buttons changed the color but it’s look close the the normal state
5> Include direct links in the footer to the "Return Policy".
Can the item be returned? was a common query from test participants regarding return policies and practices while making an online purchase. Do I have to foot the bill for return shipping? How much time do I have to return something? Does the shipment time count toward that deadline? The answers to these questions are frequently crucial to a user's purchasing choice because they must have faith in their ability to return the goods if there is a problem and be reassured that the return process will be easy and uncomplicated.
You may also add the following sections to your homepage to increase conversions:
COLLECTION PAGE
1> Allow customers to filter products by Featured/ Bestselling/ Price/ Alphabet/ Date
Since you have a wide range of products, the product filter will make it more convenient for users who need to be able to quickly tailor the product list to include only the most suitable items.
2> Use the 'Load More' button. Instead of Endless Scrolling and Pagination,
"Load More" proved to be the optimum loading pattern for both category-based product lists and search results across desktop and mobile platforms. A "Load More" option allows customers to determine whether or not they need to see more products, as well as to display all products on one page, making it easier to compare things
PRODUCT PAGE
1> Include both User rating average and number of ratings
Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.
2> Add recently-viewed section
You might consider giving all users (including those who aren't signed in) access to a history-based recently viewed things list, and allowing them to change it.
For a variety of reasons, users may desire to revisit previously seen content.
For example, throughout both mobile and desktop testing, people frequently wanted to return to a product they'd seen before simply to reevaluate it after having looked at and rejected other options. Users will become bored and dissatisfied if it is too difficult to refind previously viewed things, and they may decide not to buy anything at all.
Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.
1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day
Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.
2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly
Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.
3. Create Gift Guides
As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.
You can do this by making a Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:
Hope it helps and happy selling!
Warm regards,
Victor | PageFly
Done a great job!
@PageFly-Victor Wow, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! This is the insight that I needed. I will look over my site and try to make the changes you recommended.
I deeply appreciate your time in getting your recommendations.
Thanks again,

Hey @tommyz23 I've got a few pieces of advice that you should find helpful.
1) The arrangement of the products right from the beginning could be done much better, it feels a bit choking scrolling through at the moment.
2) Different accepted mediums of payment should be clearly portrayed at the bottom of the homepage.
3) Since you have clearly stated that you are not looking for any paid solutions right now, I have an app in mind with a free plan that could aid you greatly. It’s the Bundler- Product Bundles App and this app basically makes anything that has to do with joining products together to boost sales much much easier. For example, you could bundle together let’s say a phone along with some nice earpieces at one gadget price. It’s worth a try and you can get the bundler here https://apps.shopify.com/bundler-product-bundles
@Rayshuggs Thank you for the suggestions, I'll try to make these changes. Thank you,
Tommy
Hello @tommyz23,
This is Gina from flareAI app.
You have an awesome product collection. I have a few suggestions for your store.
1. Add more detailed product description in product pages.
Product descriptions are a good factor for SEO. SEO product descriptions help e-commerce websites show up better in search engines like Google.
2. You have two Contact pages https://gadgetgiggle.com/pages/contact and https://gadgetgiggle.com/policies/contact-information.
It is better to remove the https://gadgetgiggle.com/policies/contact-information from the footer and instead you can display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page itself https://gadgetgiggle.com/pages/contact.
3. Add a FAQ page to provide information on frequent questions or concerns
4. Add Buy Now button which will simplify the purchasing process for consumers, improving their customer experience.
5. Add more specific product title in product pages.
The title should be descriptive, direct, accurate, appropriate, interesting, concise, precise, and unique.
Creating a perfect SEO product title can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title unique and more specific.
6. Add more detailed filters in collection pages like product color, product type (necklace, ring, mask) to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features
7. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
8. Try to make the Add to Cart buttons appear on the same line
Hope this helps
Gina
