Am new to dropshipping and have been getting visits but no sales and would like to know what it is im doing wrong here. Low budget so not much advertising but what are some ways i can improve store to engage visitors and make sells?

It's actually supposed to be red and am still learning how to use customization tools in shopify. Was only trying to make the top portion red but it even that is a bad idea what suggestions do you have?

1. Adding CTA link for banner

I see you put the banner “10% OFF FIRST ORDER at the top of the website that shows a very strong call to action. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to attach the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.

 

2. Make Hero banner truly captivating 

With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. Therefore, I recommend Hero Banner are designed with the most captivating images of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).

3. Change word font

As I noticed, the font used throughout your page is just Arial, which can be made more attractive and suitable for your brand’s vibe. I can suggest your search for “Gaming fonts” and it will showcase tons of fonts for your selection.

4. Complete Homepage layout & information 

As a customer, I would say that your Homepage hasn't offered enough information for me to build trust then to purchase. Therefore, I suggest the addition of Value Proposition (to differentiate your business) - Best seller Products (to boost purchase intention) - Testimonials (this is very crucial to build trust in customers) - final CTA button

5. Allow the customer to read product information & see product images simultaneously

I have visited some products on their own page and I found it difficult for me to understand the products fully as when I am swiping more images below, the product information disappears. Therefore, to boost user experience, I highly recommend your refined layout enabling users to do these both simultaneously.

 

6. Make the contact form more accessible

Through customers dropping their contact, we can do so much further with email marketing, building long-term relationships, etc. Therefore, it would be better not to lead customers through lots of pages. Instead, you should use just one straightforward form.

 

7. Add FAQ and refine “Contact us” page

 To make it even better, you could consider adding an FAQ and a "Contact Us" page. These are essential for helping customers quickly find answers or reach out for support, which can significantly enhance their shopping experience.
