Need help to contact support team without having a store!!

I recently discovered that someone has created a website using my company’s name, branding, and identification without authorization. I have attempted to contact Shopify for assistance but have been unable to reach a representative since I do not own a store on their platform. This is preventing me from progressing past the automated chatbox. I need help ASAP to stop these fraudulent activities involving my company’s information!!
