Hi @PawsNPlays
I'm Garcia from PageFly - Landing Page Builder App.
Congratulations on your new store! It looks great, but I have some feedback that could help you improve your conversion rate (CRO).
1, Check and resize all sections
When I first go to your Homepage, I can not see the content of your Homepage fully. Customers will have to scroll down to see what is the content of the Hero section.
The bounce rate will continue to increase if you keep using this hero banner. Because when a visitor first visits your website, the hero banner leaves a lasting impact. They will leave your store if they don't know what you sell.
Also as you can see here, all the sections currently do not fit the laptop view, when the customer scrolls you store there will be time they see nothing but only a picture on it.
Maximizing the time customers spend on your pages by letting them know what you want to promote in each section and keeping them on pages can help you increase your sales.
2, Improve content quality
In some sections, there are sentences that is not finished like the screenshot here:
Proper grammar enhances the overall professionalism of your website. It reflects positively on your brand and business, making you appear credible and trustworthy to your visitors.
3, Adding CTA button to increase sales
It's good that you do have a section for your trending products. However, the CTA button is very important to convert your customers. CTA acts as signposts telling users what they need to do next. Without clear CTAs, users may struggle to see the route to buying a product or signing up for a service.
4, Don’t overwhelm your customer with several products
List item information is critical in helping users select products that are relevant to them. You should only select 2-5 products in the featured collection. This will help to decrease misunderstanding and also, let the customer know what you sell easier.
CRO means that small things could make big difference, so you should also care about all the details in your store.
Here are some proactive measures you can take in addition to the advice you've already used to make sure you're completely set to increase conversions for upcoming marketing campaigns, including Back-to-school:
By following these instructions, you can raise brand recognition, improve website traffic, and enhance sales during your next promotional campaigns.
Cheers,

Hey hey! I hope you're doing well PawsNplays. I took a look at your site and while it's not bad i think you should stick to a one product store? and find a winning product then build a store towards that product instead. Because with general stores anyone can have a general store, and looking thru the products you have currently. They seem like any product i can grab online anywhere! You want to avoid doing that hence by focusing on a one product.

Hello @PawsNPlays,
Good day! Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
1. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
2. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. Social media icons in the footer of your Shopify store can increase the visibility of your social media profiles, making it easier for customers to find and follow you on different platforms.
3. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
4. Crafting an ideal SEO product title and URL can aid search engines in comprehending the nature of your merchandise and boost traffic to your website. Therefore, it's advisable to maintain a unique and specific product title and URL.
5. Add more detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
6. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
7. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require any additional assistance.
