@Rufflerumbs - You have a very clean website, nice work. A few additions to some of the other feedback:

  • If you want to keep the email sign-up pop up, I would delay it a little more...it pops up just as the visitor is getting acclimated to the page, which many find annoying.
  • You page is almost too clean...it lacks personality. I would consider introducing a little color, whether it is the buttons, the background of certain sections, just to break up the monotony of the black and white. The only real color on the home page is the Shop Pay button.
  • Along the same lines, there is no personality in the copyright - I would suggest a "who" and a "why" a) a small welcome blurb, perhaps giving a short back story on why the store exists/why you started the business, anything to introduce the customer to who they are buying from. I would also suggest there be another text box relating to why the customer needs your product. What are your products a solution to, what makes yours stand out from other brands...just another way to keep the viewer engaged and feeling good that they are not shopping at a big box that sells random stuff, they are buying the best from an expert. I know you have the multi-column boxes that give some of that info, if you want to rely on those that is cool, give them some color so that they stand out and perhaps tweak the verbiage to give it a little more energy - it comes off as an expert, but it isn't engaging.
  • I would consider changing the shape of the buttons, something with less edge. I saw that you were using the pills for the variants on one of the products, so maybe using the pill shape for buttons to soften it up a bit.

Just a few quick thoughts for you. You do have a great website; I definitely am not implying in any way that it is bad so hopefully you don't take it that way! 😉

Hello,

I hope you are doing good and welcome to the Shopify Community!

I am San from MS Web Designer

Thank you for sharing your store URL. This allowed me to go through your site.

You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.

Here are some recommendations:

Header:
1. Announcement bar Missing for Special announcement or promotion

2.Wishlist missing

3. Social media Icon missing

Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)

The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully. Homepage banners can be more attractive, can include sliders or video.
1. Add featured products on the home page with add to cart option.

2.Featured Products / all Title should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.

3.Add a featured collection on your home page.

4. Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page
5.If Possible, add Instagram feed on the home page.

6.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.

7.Footer must be compact and informative and should contain all the important links like - About us, Our Story, Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Services, FAQ.

Collection and Product Page:
- Add Product Review on Collection Pages
- Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
- Add Trust Badges below add to cart or Buy now Button

- Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
- Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features

SPEED Optimization:

1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 64 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimized site rates 75 for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don't want to invest in advertisements.

Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.

I hope this helped!

Please feel free to contact us for any further help that you might require.

Best regards,

San.
