Hi @AnuraginiJ shopify doesn't setup your store for you nor do they provide direct training for a merchants staff.

The closest onboarding may be for Shopify Plus enterprise plans but there are no longer merchant success managers companies under $2mill revenue.

If you need guided setup or onboarding hire someone,  or an agency if you need end to end services from setup to training and management.
