Feedback for your online store from the community
I launched my store 2 weeks ago, I got almost 1000 visitors overall from Facebook ads, social media and some organic traffic as well. But I still don't have any sales.
My bounce rate is 36% which is pretty low, average session time is about 1,5 minutes, I have 8 adds to cart and 10 initiated checkouts. I also tested my payment process with Shopify support, everything works well, so there must be a reason why people don't wanna buy.
Maybe the website doesn't look trustworthy enough. Maybe the sales clock on my product pages looks scammy to some people... What do you guys think?
It also may be the shipping cost, because all those adds to cart and initiated checkouts were from international customers, and for them I have about 9-13$ shipping

Hello @KaterynaB,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
Having taken a close look at your store, I believe that below suggestions could help drive sales.
1. Add more payment options other than PayPal which will be convenient for the customer to purchase products.
2. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
3. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
4. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
5. Enhance the collection pages by incorporating comprehensive filters, enabling your visitors to easily refine their search for specific products and discover items of interest based on specific features such as color and category.
6. Email marketing is a great way to stay in touch with your customers and promote your products. You can collect email addresses by offering a discount or free product in exchange for signing up for your mailing list.
7. Shopping cart abandonment is when a customer adds items to their cart but then leaves the store without making a purchase. There are a number of things you can do to reduce shopping cart abandonment, such as offering free shipping and sending abandoned cart emails.
8. Provide excellent customer service. This means responding to customer inquiries promptly and resolving any problems quickly and efficiently.
Let me know if you have any questions.
