Did you place an order from a store, but the store is no longer available and you didn't receive it?

You will need to contact your bank and open a dispute to get your money back in this case.

Funny enough the Platform Shopify has little interest in supporting customer here because they will get their commission no matter if there is a product delivered or not ... 

 

i think this should change... and someone should start taking some accountability here... and not just pocketing money...
