Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello,
we launched our e-shop last October and we'd be interested in your feedback. Our speed score is still dropping and I would urgently need to figure out how to increase it. Would someone please take a look and give us some advice?

Thank you so much!
Do not concern too much about that score. Recommend you check the speed in your real devices. I have checked your store on my PC and mobile and the speed is well.

You store looks great and loads quick enough in the UK, just keep the file size of your images low as possible and also use as few apps as you can. Good luck

Improving the speed score of your Shopify store can have a significant impact on user experience, as well as search engine rankings. Below are some tips to help you increase your store's speed score.
1. Optimize your images
Large, high-resolution images can significantly slow down your website. Use image optimization tools to compress and resize your images before uploading them to your store.
2. Minimize HTTP requests
Reduce the number of HTTP requests required to load your pages by simplifying your design, combining CSS and JavaScript files, and removing unnecessary plugins and apps.
3. Choose a fast and reliable web host
A fast and reliable web host is crucial for ensuring optimal website performance. Consider switching to a faster host if you're experiencing slow loading times.
4. Use a speed optimization app
Shopify has a variety of speed optimization apps available in their app store that can help you improve your store's speed score. These apps can help with image optimization, caching, and other performance-related optimizations.
5. Use lazy loading
Lazy loading is a technique that allows your page to load only the images that are currently visible to the user, and loads additional images as the user scrolls down the page. This can significantly reduce the initial page load time.
6. Minimize redirects
Each time a user is redirected to a new page, it creates an additional HTTP request, which can slow down your website. Minimize the number of redirects on your site.
7. Remove unused code
Remove any unused code from your website's CSS, JavaScript, and HTML files. This can help reduce the file size and improve loading times.
8. Optimize your mobile experience
More and more users are accessing websites on mobile devices. Optimize your website's mobile experience by using a mobile-responsive theme, optimizing images for mobile, and minimizing the use of pop-ups and other elements that can slow down mobile load times.
9. Limit the use of third-party apps
Third-party apps can add functionality to your website, but they can also slow it down. Limit the use of third-party apps to only those that are essential for your business.
10. Optimize your website's code
Optimize your website's code by minimizing the use of inline styles and scripts, and by using external CSS and JavaScript files.
It's also important to regularly monitor your website's speed score and make ongoing optimizations as needed. Use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix to test your website's speed and identify areas for improvement.

2. Header:
- Make your header sticky to allow your customers access to any categories that they want while scrolling through your store site.
- We notice when we changed the language to English, there is changes in the header, the "Contact" drop to another row and make your header looks not professional. You can adjust the font size in customization panel.
