Hi@ihs1
please keep in mind below some points to improve your new store.
- Clean Layout: Use a clean, uncluttered layout to enhance user experience and focus on product visibility.
- Navigation: Simplify the navigation menu to make it easy for users to find products. Use clear categories and subcategories.
- Fast Loading Times: Optimize images and code to ensure the site loads quickly, improving user retention and SEO.
- Mobile Optimization: Ensure the design is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, as a significant portion of traffic comes from mobile users.
- Readable Text: Use clear fonts and sufficient contrast between text and background for better readability.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on different design elements to determine what works best for your audience.
By focusing on these areas, you can create a visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing Shopify store that meets the needs of your customers and drives sales growth.

Hi @Ihs1,
It’s Kate here from PageFly, a Shopify Landing Page Builder app. Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. I see your concerns are from your product page, so from my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as follows:
Firstly, simplifying your navigation by reducing categories and combining similar items can make it easier for customers to find what they’re looking for.
Secondly, consider optimizing images and using a content delivery network (CDN) will improve load times and enhance the visual appeal with consistent, high-quality images.
On product pages, detailed descriptions that highlight key features and benefits can be very informative but may be too lengthy for the page layout. This isn't ideal for CRO. Consider organizing the content into tabs. This way, customers can expand or collapse the information as needed, making the page more user-friendly and improving the overall shopping experience.
Also, on your product page, these 2 tabs are currently not showing any content. It would be beneficial to double-check and fix this issue. You could use these tabs to display detailed descriptions that highlight key features and benefits, providing a more organized and user-friendly experience for your customers.
For SEO optimization, use relevant keywords in product titles, descriptions, and alt texts. Unique and compelling meta descriptions for each page can improve click-through rates from search results. Implementing structured data helps search engines understand your site better and can improve rich snippet visibility.
Make sure your site is fully optimized for mobile devices since a lot of traffic comes from mobile users. Regularly monitor and improve your page speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights.
Consider adding email capture features, such as pop-ups or banners, to grow your marketing list. Highlighting current promotions or discounts effectively on the homepage and product pages can attract more customers. Regularly updating your blog with relevant articles can engage customers and improve SEO.
Track user behavior, sales, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics. Actively seeking customer feedback and incorporating it into your improvements will help continuously enhance the shopping experience. These steps should enhance user experience, boost SEO, and ultimately increase conversions on your Shopify store.
By focusing on these areas, you can significantly enhance your store’s user experience and drive more conversions. I hope you find these tips helpful for your Shopify store. Let’s continue to support each other in optimizing our stores!
And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.
Cheers!

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - All-in-one Customer Support and Helpdesk Solution for your Start-up
Congratulations on your new store! I can see it is well-designed and has quite enough of essential details. While it's already great, I do have some suggestions to help make it even better. Here are a few of my recommendations for a better customer experience, if you don't mind taking a look.
1. Add a second image on hover to product listing
The image when being hovered can be a different angle, a close-up of details or showing how the product is applied to a room/house. These can give visitors a more comprehensive view of the product without cluttering the initial product listing. Here’s a good example:
2. Add a filter to the blog page
I can see that you have a wide range of well-written articles, but there’s no filter to help me sort out the information I’m looking for. Adding a filter can saves your web visitors save time and frustration from scrolling through a large list of posts
3. Add a table of contents to each blog post
Similar to the filter above, a TOC allows users like me to quickly scan the post and identify the sections that are most relevant to my interests
Besides, search engines may use the structure provided by a TOC to better understand the content of your blog post. Therefore, it can help improve your ranking in search results.
Consider these positions to add a TOC
So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a 'LIKE'. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.
