Hi Shopify community! Hoping to get some feedback on my new store that just went live a little bit ago.  Vibe, layout, ease of use? I'm getting decent visitors but literally 0 conversions to sales. Would appreciate any and all feedback - no feelings will be hurt by the generosity of your feedback!

Once I visited your store, S Knowles Jewellery looked stunning and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building it.
I wanted to share some general feedbacks for your store and tips on traffic and conversion with you here that you might find useful:
1. Lacking Favicon Browse Tab
I notice that your store has no logo brand for the searching tab, I highly recommend that you create one to build trust and make your store more trustworthy.

 2. Redesign the collection page

I noticed that some product images are not the same size as each other; you should optimize this part to make your store look better and more organized.

3. Optimize customer testimonial

I noticed that your customer reviews only contain text and lack ratings as well as customer avatars. To make them more personalized and trustworthy, you should consider adding these elements.

4. Revise the About Us page:
I noticed that your store's About Us page is quite full text. This page is significant as it helps customers understand your brand's value and contributes to building trust when they purchase your products.

5. Add key USPs section with key icons
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bounce rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

  1. Use a stronger CTA
    Instead of using "Explore," which might not encourage immediate action, try something stronger like "Shop Now." This creates a sense of urgency and directs customers to start shopping right away.

  2. Align the layout consistently
    I noticed that some sections on your homepage are aligned differently, which can make the overall layout look inconsistent. Most sections are centered, while others are aligned to the left or right. It would be visually pleasing and more cohesive if all sections had the same alignment.

  3. Add 'Add to cart' buttons on the homepage and collection pages
    Including 'add to cart' buttons directly on the homepage and collection pages would streamline the buying process for customers. This way, they don’t have to navigate to individual product pages just to add items to their cart, making their shopping experience smoother and quicker.

  4. Include a customer reviews section on product pages
    When a site is new, trust signals are essential. Adding a customer reviews section on your product pages can help build credibility and make visitors feel more confident about purchasing.

  5. Highlight your Instagram reviews and updates
    Adding your Instagram feed and creating story highlights featuring customer feedback, your menu, or new cookie flavors will show potential buyers that you are active, trustworthy, and engaged with your audience. Hello @SunnyC77 I really like and appreciate the organization and layout of your store. Here are some suggestions of mine I think could be helpful

1) Add some FAQs to the homepage to add more context as to how your cookies are a better option to others including more information about the included and excluded ingredients.
