I recently launched my new Shopify Store:

The shop offers fitness equipment and the market is Switzerland.
I appreciate your honest feedback and any recommendations for me.
Haven't done any Ads/campaigns/etc. yet, so traffic is still near 0.

Congratulations on launching your online store! Looking into your store URL, I noticed that you are using an announcement bar to make your visitors aware of a free shipping offer. What do you think about also including a potential discount to create a buyer incentive? It is a great way to get your visitors browsing through the available collections/products.
Additionally, you could add a slideshow section to the homepage as the first section under the header navigation menu. This can help strengthen your brand and showcase some of the available products. For example, you could include your best seller or favorite products in the slide. It can also allow the homepage to become more interactive and engaging for your visitors.
You can add more social media business pages to the footer of the store to provide your customers with security as this will allow them to reach out to the business across various platforms. You can add social media icons to the footer of the store by navigating to the Theme Settings.
