Congrats on your new store. I have just had a look at your store and want to give you some comments and hope it would be helpful to you:


I- Home page

- It's great to see you are using a sticky header, however, in my opinion, the header is taking quite a lot of space on your home page and sometimes it might be a "stumbling block" to visitors that they cannot view the full content of a section. If possible,  you could consider adjusting the header.



It is quite tricky when using text-overlaid images, if we did not do in the right ways, users would find it difficult to scan information and cause them to hesitate when deciding which path to take to continue their product browsing. So you can consider either leaving the text right under the collection images or using semi-transparent background for the overlaid text.


- I'd recommend you add Testimonials on your homepage such as Video testimonials, customers feedback in images and build brand trust and encourage users to take actions. 


II- Collection pages

I take this page as an example

You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product.

- I see you already provide Filter on your Collection pages, however, sometimes users would filter on some basic criteria before making purchasing decision, such as Price, Color, User rating average...You could consider add some suggested filters to your page for visitors to assess products easier.


III- Product pages

I take this page as an example

- Having a full understanding of products is crucial for users to make a purchasing decision. Therefore, I would recommend you provide at least 3-5 images of products for all products.

Product Price is one of the most important criteria for users to assess a product, therefore, I would suggest you style the Product price to be more noticeable (it can be similar in size to the product headline)

Normally, users often rely on reviews to judge a product besides product detail descriptions and other info given by a site since they consider them more legit and authentic. I would recommend you display reviews on your product page (5-7 reviews) and allow users to submit their reviews in this case.

I went through your store and found out that it is quite well designed and you have already covered major things which are required for better conversion.


I would like to highlight few points which you can add to improve the conversion rate:-


1. Banner height

Currently the banner height on your store is too large, ideally it should be set to the viewport otherwise the customers will not be able to see the CTA in the first few seconds when they land on your website. You have used the CTA's correctly but if you adjust the height to the viewport, it would be great.


2. Navbar size





As mentioned by other users as well, the navbar on your store is taking too much space. As it is a fixed navbar sometimes customer might find it difficult to read the information and can get distracted. I would suggest you to move the logo to the left side in navbar, menu items in center and other icons on right side. This will help you to reduce some space.


3. Reviews


You have already added the reviews in the product detail page but those are common testimonial rather than specific product based reviews. You can use any review app to capture review for the item that customer has purchased. Also the testimonial section that you have included in the product detail page, we would suggest you to add that section on home page as well.


Apart from this all the other things are already shared by other community members. You can include all these points in consideration for better conversion.

People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.


  • Product Images


Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.

If product descriptions fail to provide people with enough information about the product and fail to create an appeal for the product, the visitors won’t buy the product. So, provide elaborate and appealing product descriptions to every product to increase your sales.


  • Chatbot


You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.
