Feedback for your online store from the community
Hey, just recently opened up a new shopify store and started posting some content. My traffic is primarily through instagram and facebook right now, both organic and very small ad campaigns. I currently have around a total of 300+ views on my website, most of them from an instagram reel that did pretty well organically, but I have not had any conversions at all. I know my store is new, but I feel like with 300 views, my conversion rate should be higher than zero, so definitely something wrong with my page or my product offers. I just wanted to see if anyone can see what I'm doing wrong.

Hi @tomato1379
I am Garcia from the Shopify Advanced Page Builder App PageFly. Your store looks great, but I have some feedback on your store. I'd like to offer you the following advice based on my experience as a CRO, and I hope it can raise your conversion rate.
I. General
1. Add favicon to your Store
Having a unique favicon is particularly helpful when users have numerous tabs open, as it helps your website to be easily distinguishable. This assists in building trust and recognition, both crucial elements for enhancing conversion rates. Incorporating your brand's logo as the favicon is an effective way to achieve this.
2. Make use of the holiday
Implementing these promotion ideas can help Cookware Corner's online store attract customers, boost sales, and make Mother's Day shopping a delightful experience for everyone involved. Here are some promotion ideas tailored for your online store to celebrate Mother's Day:
II. Homepage
1. Resize header and make it sticky
Sticky headers are advantageous as they offer uninterrupted access to the site's navigation menu, enhancing the overall user experience. This allows customers to smoothly move between different areas of the site from any position on the page.
2. Change the testimonial section in your Homepage
Currently, I saw that your testimonial section has no image and it has too much space. It cannot create trust for customers.
You can try like this:
Actively incorporating customer feedback and testimonials on your platform serves as a powerful tool to strengthen your brand's credibility and trustworthiness. By showcasing real-life experiences and endorsements from satisfied customers, you provide tangible evidence of your product's quality and effectiveness.
III. Product Page
1. Highlight ATC button
Emphasizing the "Add to Cart" button on a website can significantly enhance the user experience and potentially boost sales.
You can ensure the button stands out by using a color that contrasts with the website's color scheme. This makes the button easily noticeable at first glance. Also, adding a subtle animation or color change when the cursor hovers over the button can draw attention to it and encourage clicks.
2. Use variant swatches
Relying solely on descriptive text for colors can lead to misunderstandings or disappointment if the actual product doesn't match customer expectations, as words alone may not accurately convey the appearance.
To enhance conversion rates, consider transitioning from textual descriptions to color swatches.
You can see the example as above to see how to set that.
It's all about my suggestion. However, these ideas are just my point of view. For the best results, it's important to tailor these strategies to the specific audience and products of the store.
Warm regards,
Garcia | PageFly Team

Hi Garcia,
Thank you so much for your helpful advice! I have already started to implement some of the advice you have given. I really like your mother's day bundle sale as well, but I was curious the best way you would implement it? Would it be best to put it on my landing page, or put it on my pop up, or should I integrate it into the description of my creatives?
