feedback on my store have listed approx 20 items was stock from previous online store is this enough products

It doesn't matter how many products you have quality > quantity. If you want some feedback on the overall design of your store make sure to include the link and the community will help you out

Here are some bullet points that might help

  • Switch to the new Shopify Dawn theme
  • Add a logo and a favicon
  • Use high-quality images (Unsplash is a great place to start)
  • Avoid having long names for your products
  • Make the navigation items capitalized 
  • Add a contact us page
