Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I'm new to Shopify and would love feedback on my store, www.glamerit.com. I'm not a designer, and I created the website just a week ago.
Since launching, I've had 876 visitors but no sales. I'm puzzled as to why the conversion rate is so low, and I'm not sure how to improve the site's design and functionality to drive sales.
Any advice, tips, or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and help!
Best regards,
Shawn Ewig
I have reviewed your website and have a few small suggestions. I noticed that the background color of the website does not highlight the images and content; it is not very user-friendly.
Some buttons have colors that do not stand out, making them difficult for customers to notice. For example, the 'Add to cart' button.
The logo is also a bit small and blends into the background, making it less prominent.
These are my small suggestions. I wish you good sales.

Hi @ShawnEwig
I'm Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Homepage
It's great when you have a sticky header which makes it more convenient for your visitors to navigate around the site.
Another thing you might care about is that the sticky header might take significant space while scrolling. So I would like to suggest that you reduce the paddings on top and bottom of the sticky header to save more space to showcase the products.
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website so you need to get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.
Unfortunately, the current banner cannot tell what your product is because it is totally hidden by the content block. Please redesign this part.
Also, you should make the slideshow autoplay so your customers will know there are more to explore.
2. Product page
Have a media list under the main photo of your product to make it easier for your visitors to explore the visual
You should give customers as close to an “in-store” experience with the product as possible.
As long as your customers can get a full view of your product, the more willing they are to make a purchase.
Product color or material swatches enhance conversion rate by reducing the number of clicks for customers to find the product they want. The shorter and easier a customer's path to the desired product is, the more likely they will make a purchase.
To optimize your call-to-action (CTA) buttons for maximum effectiveness, it's crucial to use bright and striking colors that contrast well with your text. White and black are reliable choices for text visibility. Popular CTA button colors include blue, yellow, orange, and black, but the key is to select hues that align with your brand.
Here is an example of the CTA button that does not look good as it lacks the background color to be more visually appealing.
By removing it, your store outlook would become much more professional and the page content would become more seamless.
3. Additional Tips
Remember, building a successful online store takes time and effort. Keep at it, keep learning, and don't be afraid to experiment and refine your approach. Good luck with Glamerit!
And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.
Cheers!

Hi @ShawnEwig,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Helpdesk/FAQ page builder app.
First of all, congratulations on your store! It's look neat, however still quite basic. Here are some comments to make it better
1. Make the logo smaller
I can see that you are having a sticky header. Great job! However, your current logo is too big, which may cause inconvenience to web visitors and they may eventually leave your web before purchasing anything.
2. Optimize the Product page
Since you are selling jewelry, this can help them visualize the piece and its size in relation to the body. These photos are also more more visually engaging than flat product shots, leading to more user clicks and time spent on product pages.
Let’s take a look at this example:
3. Add Delivery Date to Check-out page
I suggest adding a delivery date estimation when your customers proceed to the check-out page. Knowing exactly when to expect their order can remove a barrier to purchase.
Besides, remember that “Arrives April 20th to April 24th” is better than “3-7 Business Days”
So those are some of my suggestions for your store as an UX expert. If this is helpful for you, please let me know by giving me a 'LIKE'. If your question is answered please mark this as 'SOLUTION’.
