1. Your logo is one of those things that helps your store look professional. I would highly recommend having a professional logo done for your store, it’s worth the investment. With a professional logo, you can use the elements from the logo like the fonts and colors in your store. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.
2. Make the header sticky, so when a customer is down the page. They won't have to scroll up to the top to access the main navigation of your store. This will make navigating your store even easier.
3. Engage with your customers and visitors - I will suggest adding a Live chat, you want to reach out to your visitors and show that you're ready to answer any question they might have. If you added a Live chat that launched after 60 seconds of someone landing on your store that asks, “How can I help you today?”. The idea here is to engage and show your visitors that you're available to answer their questions.
4. Show Estimated Delivery Date and Shipping Date - Many customers don’t want to wait until checkout to know when they’ll receive their order, and showing the Estimated Delivery Date helps users to estimate when they can expect to receive their order. Add the delivery-date estimate, or delivery-date range, within the product page, it should be close to your "buy" button. When viewing an estimated delivery day like “Standard Shipping — 4 business days. Get it by Sept 14”, Your customers will have more confidence to make the purchase.
5. Add customer reviews and testimonies - this is easily the best way to show your visitors that you're legit and build trust. People usually don't buy until they read other customers' reviews. People are generally skeptical of unknown brands, and showing reviews from real customers is a good more to make your store more credible.

1. The front page:
- The notice bar seems not attractive enough. You can consider to change the font or change the light background color into a dark one.
- You should have a fixed menu bar that will help users navigate to the other pages easily, and they will 't have to scroll up and down again and again whenever they want to explore your website more.
Re-formating the front page into carousel is also suggested. The carousel is the great place for you to show your best products, which would lead to the increase in conversion rate. It should contain high-quality pictures and I believe that nice images will attract users more and enhance your brand value.
2. The product:
Pay attention to two things in the product page:
- Add more pictures and add CTA beneath the products.
- Add ratings and reviews: Actually, the consumers buy products online so they can't try them on or observe, touch them directly so reviews play an important role in customers' purchase decisions.
3. Add Live Chat
Live chat is a great way to enhance the conversion rate on your page. According to Shopify, "Merchants that respond to a customer's chat within 5 minutes are 69% more likely to get a sale from the shopper." Therefore, you should install a chatbot app into your store to start engaging more actively with the site visitors.
4. - `Homepage recommended layout - The home page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this, top announcement bar, Slideshow banners, Collection List, Product Recommendations, product reviews, Newsletter sign up box, Blog Posts, Instagram Feed & footer.
- Align all the images to each other.
- Add a 'add to cart' button below the product images on the collection page.
- On the product page, display the multiple images in a slider manner instead of letting customers scroll down.
- Make your announcement bar clickable to let customers take an action on it.
- Make your store look more professional by making it engaging and interactive to engage the visitors coming to your store.
