No add to cart in my store

Hi guys i have been running fb ads for this store kalenderz.com, 40 clicks out of 1700 impressions no one added product to cart is this something wrong that i am doing?? my target audience is on point.

I just had a look at the URL kalenderz.com you mentioned, but it seems there isn't an active store at this address. Is it possible that the store has been shut down or the URL has changed?  If your store is still operational, could you double-check the URL? Once we have the correct link, we can dive deeper into what might be affecting your ad performance.

When I navigated to the URL that you have shared with us, I noticed that your store is displaying placeholder text and images. We are unable to find the products available on your online store to make purchases. I would suggest taking a look into the Shopify Theme store and selecting a theme that you would like to use. Once you have added the desired theme to your online store, you may use the Theme Editor to edit the theme to your liking.
