hi
i have recently created an online store, have mostly tried to do everything myself, but feel like something is not right. have created TikTok and Instagram accounts and linked to the store, trying to be active on both channels as much as possible. have placed two test orders that went through fine, but still haven't gotten any sales or customer traffic!?
could someone please look at the online store and see what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for all the help.

Hi @Omedswara! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated loyalty program on Shopify.

I noticed that you're facing two main challenges: low traffic and no sales. Since generating traffic comes first before making sales, let’s tackle them one by one.

1. Low Traffic

  • I checked your social media channels and noticed that you started in early February, with around 12–15 posts on each platform. There are two key issues here. First, it's still early, so growing an audience naturally takes time. Second, your current content isn't engaging enough to attract and retain customers.
  • It seems like you aren't focusing much on content creation, which is crucial for social media growth. Additionally, the visuals don't build trust—many look like they were taken directly from the manufacturer rather than real product images. Authentic, high-quality images can significantly improve credibility.
  • If your current content isn't working, it's time to experiment with different content types. Study how successful brands in your niche create engaging content and adapt their strategies to fit your brand. There's no guaranteed formula for success, but testing and refining your approach will help you find what works best.

2. Visitors But No Sales

From a conversion rate optimization (CRO) perspective, there are several areas where your website can improve:

  • Navigation Bar: Some elements on your site aren't necessary but still take up space that could be used for more crucial elements. For example, the "Welcome to our store" message and a short brand description in the navigation bar. The navigation bar should serve its primary purpose—guiding visitors through your store. Move brand introductions to the "About Us" page instead.

  • AI-Generated Images: While AI-generated images can be useful, they currently make the site look less credible. If you're using AI visuals, ensure they are professionally edited and free of grammatical errors to maintain a polished look.

  • Product Display & Descriptions: The way products are showcased is another key factor affecting sales. Your product images appear somewhat broken, which can reduce trust. Additionally, product descriptions contain unnecessary information, while the unique selling points (USPs) and key benefits aren't emphasized enough. Improving these aspects will make your products more appealing to potential buyers.

This is my honest review, and I understand that launching a new store can be challenging. However, success comes with continuous testing and improvement. Keep experimenting, refining your strategy, and you'll find the formula that works for your brand. You’ve got this!

Hi there @Omedswara  I have had a look at the store and here are a few suggestions on how it could be improved on

1) You should place the featured products into categories such as latest products and top sellers.

2) You should set up a sections for FAQs. This would help provide answers to questions that customers are likely going to have regarding your products.
3) You should consider running paid ads on both Instagram and Tik Tok if you haven’t already.
