Feedback for your online store from the community
I've had my shop since the beginning of the year now and I have had no sales and little to no traffic either. Is something wrong with my shop? I've ran ads on Pinterest and it helped traffic alittle bit but still.

General
1. Add store favicon
A favicon can make your store stand out and be memorable. On mobile devices, favicons are used to represent your site when it is added to the home screen. This not only makes your site feel more like a native app but also helps in reinforcing your brand on the user's device. You can access to add this favicon from theme settings.
Additionally, please review the store logo, as the quality appears to be poor from my end.
2. Highlight the announcement bar
It's great that you're offering a 20% discount. However, the announcement bar is currently hard to notice. You could make it more prominent by changing the text or background color.
Homepage
1. Hero banner
Since your store specializes in moon crystals, showcasing product images is crucial for making a strong first impression on customers. I recommend using a background image related to your products on the hero banner.
2. Newsletter section
I noticed that the newsletter section appears twice on the page. Please consider removing one of them for better clarity.
And make sure to provide benefits that are mutually advantageous for the customer. Use compelling phrases such as "save up to 20%" to encourage newsletter subscriptions.

3. Add trust badges section
Trust badges help reassure customers that your store is secure and reliable. You can include badges for secure checkout, money-back guarantees, and partnerships with reputable payment processors. Placing these badges prominently on your site, especially near the checkout button, can increase customer confidence and potentially boost sales.
4. About the testimonials section
The testimonial section on the product page is a nice addition, but consider including it on the homepage as well. Adding product images or customer photos could make the homepage more engaging and visually appealing.
5. Finish setting the footer
It appears that the image here is missing. Please upload the image for this section.

I check your store for products listed. Basically they belong to a selected category of users who might be interested in purchasing.
Firstly, the <H1> tags are quite lengthy better to optimize them.
Secondly, on landing page sections have to categories as per uniqueness, best selling, collections and more
