Did you check visits from your Google analytics tools or your store admin?
If from shopify admin, those visits could be bots.

The non-www version of your domain doesn't work. You should redirect it so it loads your site if you go to Chlococo.com

The products themselves seem very generic, pricey and poorly designed. No value added to these generic products except your text-based logo. Why would people want to buy them?

I'd fix those two things first before worrying about anything else.

Interesting, the Text only Logos appear to be in vogue/fashion with basically every major fashion label tending towards this currently which is why we went for it. The product is very consistent with other dropshipping brands which appear to have done well as well.

as for the non www site not working I’ve tried it on 6 different computers/devices and they all revert back to the correct place.

appreciate your feedback and definitely an avenue for us to explore

Designer brands are worth something in people's minds. Yours is unknown. They won't value it the same. Anyone can print a word in a basic font on a hat or shirt. Doesn't mean people will pay a huge markup for it.

Also the domain is working now (before it showed a parked domain page at VentraIP, so unsure if a temp issue or something has been changed now).

Hi @SamKing,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

I'm genuinely impressed with your website. It has a stylish flair while remaining clean, clear, and professional. Based on my expertise in CRO, I’d love to offer some suggestions to improve the conversion rate and sales for your store.

Optimize Your Store’s Navigation for a Better Shopping Experience

PageFlyKate_0-1739774141746.png

Your store’s current navigation menu contains too many links, which can overwhelm customers and make it harder for them to find what they’re looking for. Simplifying the menu will improve usability, enhance the shopping experience, and help boost conversions.

I recommend reducing the number of menu items and keeping only the key categories, such as:

  • Homepage – A direct entry point to your store.
  • Collections – A well-structured category page to help customers explore your products.
  • Best Sellers – Highlight popular products that drive the most sales.
  • About Us – Build trust by sharing your brand story and values.
  • Contact Us – Make it easy for customers to reach out with inquiries.

By streamlining your navigation, customers can browse more efficiently, leading to better engagement and increased sales.

Modify your product display

You should display star ratings and the number of reviews to build trust and credibility with potential customers. Social proof reassures shoppers about product quality and increases the likelihood of conversions.

Include a clear Call-to-Action (CTA) button like "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to make the purchasing process seamless and encourage customers to take action. A well-placed CTA increases engagement and boosts conversion rates.

Have a testimonial section in your homepage

Including customer testimonials, ratings, or reviews prominently on the home page and product pages can significantly boost trust and credibility. This social proof can be a powerful motivator for new customers to make a purchase.

Integrate with your social media platform

PageFlyKate_4-1739774143221.png

Enhancing your store's visual appeal and boosting sales potential can be achieved by integrating shoppable Instagram feeds on your website.

=> Tools like VIBE and Instafeed enable you to display attractive Instagram content directly on your site, including posts, photos, and reels. These platforms offer the functionality to tag products within your visuals, allowing customers to conveniently shop directly from your Instagram feed.

Checkout Process

  • Streamlined Checkout: Ensure the checkout process is smooth, with as few steps as possible. Offering guest checkout and multiple payment options can reduce friction.
  • Cart Abandonment: Implement reminders for users who abandon their carts, using email or SMS campaigns.

Best regards,

Kate | PageFly Team

Hey @SamKing ! I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty, the top-rated Shopify app.

I took a peek at your website, https://www.chlococo.com/, and it's got a great foundation. But it sounds like you're seeing a lot of visitors without those sales to match. That's a bummer, but don't worry, it's a common challenge, and we can definitely tackle it together! Here's the thing: sometimes, it's not about the product itself, but how we're presenting it.Let's look at some "table setting" for your website:

1/ User Experience (UX)
- Website Design: Your site is clean, which is awesome! But let's make those product photos really shine. High-quality images that show off the product's texture, colors, and maybe even someone using it would be fantastic.
- Speed Matters: Nobody likes waiting, especially online. If your site takes a while to load, people might bounce before they even see your goodies. Let's optimize those images and maybe check if there's anything else slowing things down.
- Easy Navigation: Think of your website like a store layout. Is it easy for people to find what they're looking for? Clear categories, a good search bar, and maybe even some "bestseller" sections can make a big difference.
- Mobile-Friendly: A lot of people shop on their phones, so make sure your site looks amazing on any device.

2/ Product description
- Once you got the customers being interested in your products, it's time to convey them that it worth buying. Don't just list ingredients – tell people why they should be excited about this product! What are the benefits? How will it make them feel?
- Pay attention to details as well: The more info you give, the better. Think about things like skin types, how to use it, and maybe even some tips and tricks. Make it Pretty: Nobody wants to read a wall of text. Break it up with headings, bullet points, and maybe even some fun emojis.

Now, let's talk about getting people in the door (virtually, of course!):
3/ Marketing strategies
- SEO is Your Friend: Think of SEO as a way to make your store easier to find on Google. There are tons of resources out there to help you with this!
- Social Media Buzz: Show off your products on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok – wherever your audience hangs out. Share tips, tutorials, and maybe even run some contests!
- Get the Word Out: Consider running some ads online to reach new customers.

4/ Building Trust
- Encourage happy customers to leave reviews. It's like word-of-mouth, but online!
- Be Reachable: Make sure your contact info is easy to find. People want to know they can get in touch if they have questions.

With a few tweaks and some extra effort on the marketing side, you'll be seeing those "add to carts" in no time. And hey, if you ever need a second opinion or just want to brainstorm, feel free to reach out! I'm here to help you succeed.
