No Sales on website with 6K sessions

Launched the shop in the beginning of August, drove traffic there, have 6K+ store sessions, and no sales... Traffic comes from FB, Pinterest and Google ads.

1. Redesign the Homepage
I noticed that your homepage needs a hero image to provide an overview of what your store offers and the value it brings to customers. The hero page is a vital part of an e-commerce store; when visitors see it, they will decide whether to continue browsing or leave your store. Additionally, you should add a CTA button on the hero page like "Shop now" or "Grab the deal today" to encourage them to click and start shopping at your store. For example, for a hero page:

2. Resize the header banner and mega menu
The header banner and mega menu are too large and need to be smaller in height to balance the layout of your homepage.

3. Adding About Us section on the Homepage
We cater to humanistic shoppers, who will seek out who is BEHIND the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
I can see that you have not had an About Us page yet but adding a separate section on your homepage would help visitors easy to read without having to navigate to another page. It would improve the user experience in general.

4. Adding a Review part on the homepage
To increase customer trust in your shop, you should add a customer review section at the end of your homepage.

5. Add key USPs section with key icons
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

6. Make ATC button & price information in unique & prominent styling
It's important to highlight the key information like the price and call to action. Adding other styling like bold, and italic, using different colors and font sizes to the price, and mouse over state for the ATC button to make them more noticeable.

3. Instagram 

I noticed you've added an Instagram icon on your homepage. It might be even more impactful to showcase your Instagram feed directly on the page. This not only keeps visitors engaged but also highlights your latest posts, user-generated content, and helps build trust and social proof for your brand.

Product page

1. Make sure to highlight the "Add to Cart" button to draw more attention to it.

You can achieve this by using a bold, contrasting color that stands out from the rest of the page, ensuring it's easy to spot. Also, consider increasing the button's size slightly and adding some spacing around it to make it visually distinct. This can encourage users to take action more easily.

2. On the product page, consider displaying more videos or GIFs to showcase the product in action.

This can give potential customers a better sense of how the product looks and functions in real life, enhancing their buying confidence. Videos and GIFs are also more engaging and can highlight details that photos might miss.

3. Create promotional campaigns

These campaigns can significantly improve your sales within a short period of time. It can be a small banner on top of your website or a pop-up when you visitors entering your online store.
