No Sales with 2k visitors a day

Hi! I have had my store for 2 weeks. I had over 2k visitors today yet no one has bought anything from my store. I’m confused and was wondering if anyone knew what the issue could be. Maybe someone could look over my store and figure out what the issue might be. Please help!!

I have some suggestions about your store:


- Identify your store with favicon

The favicon is the most important thing to identify your store with your customers, this makes your store have a unique look to make your customers remember your store easier. Because this thing is so important, I recommend you add it as soon as possible. 



- Drive customers with a CTA button

You have a really good banner to attract your customers, but it lacks a Call-to-action button to drive your customers to collection pages or products pages. This thing is a really small detail, but it is necessary If you want to boost your sales.



- Adding products in collection pages

I accessed all your collection pages and I didn’t see any products, it’s just blank pages. So you should add products as soon as possible to show what you are selling to your customers.



- Drive more traffic to your store by social media content

Social media nowadays is essential, you can use social media as a social proof, sales channel or just a decoration on your store. Social media can help you drive more traffic to your store or convert your visitors into customers. With many benefits, I think you should try to display Instagram Feed, Tiktok Feed or Facebook Feed on your store homepage. 



- Improve your footer to make it look professional

I think your footer looks really great with a lot of information, but there is something that you need to improve. Firstly, the gmail address needs to be resized to suit the footer. And the search button needs to become a search bar, it would be better. 




- Build customer trust by adding customer reviews sections in product pages

Customer reviews section is one of the best solutions to create customer trust and attract customers. With customer reviews, you can collect customer feedback to develop your products and services better. Besides, you can use that feedback as a social proof to attract more new customers.

1. Add a favicon logo for your website

Favicon is the small logo that typically appears in a browser tab, and I've highlighted it in the screenshot below. It’s important especially with new sites because favicon logos can improve the user experience by making it easier for visitors to identify your site when they have multiple tabs open in their browser. It also makes bookmarking and navigating to your site more intuitive.


2. Use Bespoke image & content to the hero banner of homepage

The hero banner in the homepage is an important touchpoint to impress your customers when they first land on the site. As I can notice now, the current banner may cause visitors confusing feelings, due to those reasons:

  • Lack of bespoke image of what products you are selling
  • Lack of heading & subheading text describe your brands and your core products
  • Lack of Call to Action button to guide customers what to do next

Invest more on the hero image and content to attract visitors at the first glance & add a level of professionalism.

3. Add “Load more" button to your first product showcase

Your store provides a wide range of products. So I recommend adding the See more / Explore more button to your first product showcase section to allow shoppers to view additional products. This would help reduce bounce rate as they can continue to explore other options to their liking, so increase shoppers' engagement & allow more chances of getting sales.

Displaying only a single static image is a missed opportunity to provide additional visual details of your products. So consider using a secondary hover image to showcase your products in lifestyle or unique details of them, which can increase the likelihood of making a purchase.

Hovering over products to reveal secondary images can be engaging and fun for users. It encourages interaction with your website and keeps visitors exploring.

5. Add customer avatar & star rating to build trust

Your current testimonial section doesn't show the avatar & name of customers so it may cause a lack of transparency. Including customer avatars & star rating adds authenticity to testimonials, making them more credible. Visitors are more likely to trust testimonials with real faces attached to them. Also, customers viewing testimonials can relate to individuals who resemble them in terms of age, gender, or appearance, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
