Hello community of Shopify, I was wondering if someone can take a look at my store and let me know what you think. I am currently getting traffic but no sales. I have been in business now officially almost two months. I have reduced my pricing updated my products and I just don't know what to do. I would be so grateful if I can get some feedback on how to improve or just be patient. You-R-Wellness.myshopify.com

I have visited your store and here are my suggestions. Hope they are helpful to you!

Homepage

In general, your homepage looks clear and well-arranged. There is only a few things that you should improve it 

  • Make sticky navigation menu: You can create a sticky navigation menu so visitors can go through important sections. The constant presence of the menu bar reminds users that other pages, ones they probably need, are also available.
  • Activate Sticky cart: I recommend you to activate sticky cart on your website. This enhances the user experience and makes the checkout process simple and easy for them. Moreover, a sticky cart helps to increase the conversion rate by reducing cart abandonment. Try out this app Advanced Sticky Add To Cart for free
  • Fulfill blank images: I notice that the accessories section on your homepage is full of blank images. It may affect to customer experience and make your site looks less attractive so please improve this point.

Product page

  • Testimonials/ Customer review: Adding testimonials on your product page will be a good way to build trust and credibility from new customers. The majority of buyers are concerned about whether the products they purchase online are as attractive and high-quality as they appear on the website. As a result, previous customer feedback might have a significant impact on a potential customer's buying decision.
  • Keep the product tittle brief and straightforward: Your product title is now a bit long and involves redundant information. So I recommend you to change it to a brief one which is much better. 
  • Create Bundles: It seems like you have various types of products. It is a good condition to apply an effective cross-sell method which is product bundles. You can create many product bundles with discounts to appeal to customers. Most customers are willing to buy bundles to get a lower total price. Therefore, don't miss this chance to sell more products and increase your sales. App Product Bundle Volume Discount can help you create bundles at ease.

1. Make the Call-to-action button and the description visible in the above-the-fold area, as most of the customers will just stay in this area without scroll through all the pages, so doing this can help you drive traffic and increase conversion rate.

2. You can consider adding a secondary hover image to the product image, so that customers can have a quick look at your products without the need to go to the product page. Adding a Call-to-action button on each product can help increase conversion rate for the home page as well.

3, Make sure that all texts are legible at first glance. For instance, in this section, to make the text easier to read, you can add a semi-transparent overlay on the top of the image.

4, You can use Load More button instead of Pagination, because in Pagination, products from the last pages have lower chance to be bought. Load More button can provide endless experience to customers, thus encouraging them to keep on with the buying process.

5, For Color variant, it’s recommended to use Color swatch to make it look more professional on your store

6, On the product page, you can make the product description a solo section, so that when customers open it, it will not create a wide blank space on the left side

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Organize header section with minimizing empty space on it.

Make a Sticky header for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.

Add testimonials or reviews on the homepage.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

Promote your products on social platforms and provide those social links on the footer section.

Make social links open on new tab.

 Update contact us page with more details, which builds trust on your store.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

There is no customer review option on the products. Install Product review app from the Shopify app store, so that customer can write a review when they purchase any product from your store.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Getting those all-important conversions is of course the bottom line to your business, so we need to take a look at your store holistically:

Who are you selling to?

At the moment your product range is an eclectic mix, which makes your brand seem a little unsure of itself or confused. You seem to be trying to appeal to men, women, and children in a combination of sex toys, sports clothing, and beauty products.

A lot of brand success is about having a very clear idea of who your audience is and appealing to them directly. Unless you are a convenience store or an international enterprise, it can actually hinder your business if you sell a mish-mash of products. So try to be specific, even niche. 

Here is how to create customer personas so that you have a profile of the customers you are reaching out to. It should help you with how you develop your brand's mission statement, it will help you focus on How to Write An About Us page, and it will help with how to reach your target audience.

By knowing who you're talking to, what values they share in common, and how you can help provide value to their lives, Seth Godin recommends that you essentially create your own tribe. A community for your like-minded audience:

Also never forget the importance of having a content marketing funnel that draws people to your website and helps convert them. You need to raise awareness about your brand in order to maintain and grow it, so you need to put content out there on social media and whatever other channels you decide to pursue.
