I've been advertising through social media and have (according to meta business suite) been getting a lot of clicks on my advertisements. But since starting marketing, I haven't made a single sale. Shopify seems to indicate people don't go past my homepage too. Any tips? I am trying to improve site speed at the moment.

1. Make a sticky header

A sticky header allows customers to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements whenever they scroll up or down on the page.

2. Add CTA on hero banner

The first 5-second impression is really important. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action. The CTA button should be aligned in the center of the hero banner to grab the attention of visitors.

3. Have Direct Links to “Return Policy” and “Shipping Info” in the Footer

Difficult-to-find returns and shipping information impedes users’ ability to make a purchase decision. Therefore, you should add direct stand-alone links to both ‘Return Policy’ and ‘Shipping Info’ in the footer, as well as direct or indirect links to other secondary site content.

4. Add testimonial - customer reviews

When you go live and have sales, you can add Testimonials. Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews with both texts and photos to increase the legislation, like this:

Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.

Users heavily rely on a variety of product images to inspect and evaluate products and decide if the product matches what they are seeking. Therefore, you should always provide no fewer than 3–5 images to show different angles for all products. For example:

I have looked at your site, and everything looks pretty good. There's nothing that sticks out as a problem to me.  I would look more closely at your advertising efforts.  Are you targeting the people most likely to buy these products with your ads?  Could your ads be viewed as misleading in any way resulting in people leaving the site immediately? Is Meta the best platform for your products to be advertised on?  If this were my business,  I would be advertising on Google Shopping Ads as opposed to Facebook because the ads will literally be shown in people's searches shopping for these exact items.

The banner of your webpage creates a good atmosphere for your product and is very attractive for visitors to click on. Add a CTA button like “shop now” and directly go to the product page could increase the sales and boost conversion.

I noticed that it would take a long procedure when I tried to pay the product that I want. It’s not good to increase the sales and conversion. Add ”buy now” button on the homepage or product page would reduce the procedure of checking out and could give your customers opportunities to discard redundant processes, directly go to the checkout page. Easily access the products they want.

Add testimonial content

Even if I’m not an animation fan, your product is pretty and still attractive for me. Since you are selling some stuff related to FIGURES, it’s strongly recommended you add testimonial content on the homepage and product page. It could give your visitors a better view of what your products look like in real life and increase customer trust.

- Where are your policies at the footer? Ex: Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Services, FAQ. This generates trust on your store. (This is perhaps why customers are leaving from Home Page).

- Add the 'Buy Now' button on product page for quick conversions. Pic below:

- Product page doesn't have reviews. This also builds trust on your website.

- Consider using the 'Coupon Discount on Cart' App from the Shopify App store for all your discounting needs. This App shows all available discounts to the customer right at Cart Page in popup mode. Thus boosting sales.

- Speed Optimization is recommended for your website as its scoring 18 on mobiles and 56 on desktops. A fast website scores 90+. This affects your search engine ranking.

7. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
