Feedback for your online store from the community
Hey guys, like the title suggests I’m getting views on my page but no sales at all. Today I did an ad campaign with somebody in the niche that my store is centred around and I received 100 views today (this is a record for me) but not a single sale.
I started a month ago and have reached 500views within this month, yet I’m getting no one reaching the check out page and only a few added to cart.
Im not entirely sure what is wrong with my site or why no body will buy anything so I would love to hear any suggestions/helpful tips to help me improve its performance. I’m very passionate about this and want what’s best for my store. Thank you

Hello
Hi @Joshyy100,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. This is MooseDesk - Customer Support Helpdesk/FAQ App.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Logo
Your current store logo is quite large compared to the navigation menu, making it distracting. Consider resizing the logo or using an alternative version for better balance.
2. Background and Font Color
The high-contrast background color is distracting users from the content. A more subdued background will help keep the focus on your products and your content. Additionally, the black font against this background is hard to read. Consider opting for a more harmonious color scheme to improve readability.
3. Homepage
3.1. Hero Section
The hero section will be at the top of your homepage; it is the first impression customers have of your website. Therefore, incorporate a hero section with a high-quality image and a compelling description. This will immediately communicate your store's offerings, encouraging users to explore further and potentially make a purchase.
Here is an example for you. This banner instantly communicates that they are selling glasses, and the description encourages users to explore their lenses for different purposes.
3.2. About Us section
Adding a brief introduction about you and your store helps build an emotional connection with customers. Share your story, mission, and values to enhance trust and credibility. This insight into your background can turn casual visitors into loyal customers by fostering familiarity and confidence in your business.
I see that you already have an About Us page; however, adding a section on the homepage will make it easier for users to read without having to navigate to another page. You can still use the About Us page to provide more detailed information about your store.
3.3. Reviews/Testimonials Section:
Showcasing positive experiences from previous buyers builds trust and credibility. Authentic reviews provide social proof, boosting potential customers' confidence and encouraging them to make a purchase.
You can follow this example:
3.4. Benefits Section:
Add a section to highlight your product's unique selling points and why customers should choose you over competitors. This differentiation is crucial for standing out.
3.5. CTA buttons
Place call-to-action buttons strategically across your website to guide users to different sections, encouraging them to explore more and reduce bounce rates. For example, in the hero banner, you can place a CTA button to direct users to your catalog page, showing all of your products.
4. Footer
Revamp your footer by including a sitemap for easy navigation. Additionally, add personal information like email, address, and phone number to assure users of your store's legitimacy.
You can follow this example:
5. Product Pages
5.1. Product Images
Provide a variety of product images, showcasing items from different angles to offer a comprehensive view. This approach empowers users with the necessary visual information to make informed decisions about their purchases, ensuring they feel confident in their choices.
5.2. Product Descriptions
To enhance user experience, consider organizing product descriptions by dividing them into distinct sections. By structuring information in this manner, users can easily locate specific details without the need for extensive scrolling, streamlining their browsing experience and facilitating informed decision-making.
Here is an example for you:
6. FAQ Page and Support System
You should improve the FAQ page by removing unnecessary sections and making it easier to read and navigate. Also, consider adding a support system for quick customer assistance instead of relying only on the Contact Us form.
This is the section I mention:
To address this, I recommend using MooseDesk, an app for creating unique FAQ pages for your customers. Besides helping you creating your FAQ and Contact us page, we also provide a helpdesk/ticketing system for your customer support.

Hi,
I am piloting a tool to do detailed Website Content Audits for landing Pages (https://www.saleso.ai/product/website-content-feedback-tool ). As a part of that, generated a detailed report for your page here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cHBhJwH8YwMEWnkgDC-k19fEKIz6eZZj/view?usp=sharing. If that is cumbersome, you can also find a summary here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/13te9Fv3Lm2DkG0a37E9_07IpNnQwEH_C/view?usp=sharing. Hope this is useful to you. If possible, do give me feedback on it.
